Very fast shipping

Very fast shipping. I received my order in three days. Just like I ordered on Amazon but a lot cheaper even having to pay for shipping. I will be a returning customer.

Next time...Amazon Prime!

First my order was shipped to New Jersey and I live in Utah. So I contacted the company and they said my order had been damaged and asked if I would like them to send another one. I told them, of course I would like my item shipped since I had paid for it! Then I was shipped the wrong product. I ordered pina colada puree and was sent pina colada smoothie mix. Not the same thing! So I contacted the company again and had to send pictures of the incorrect product along with screenshots of my original order. Finally I received the correct product about 5 weeks after my initial order. Utimately, I did receive my product, but shipping was a slow process and since I had to go through it 3 times, that meant I did not get my product in time for the party I planned on using it for. Next time... Amazon Prime!

Thanks again for your order, your patience, and for taking the time to give us feedback! We are so sorry this experience wasn't a smooth one. The initial damage by the carrier was unfortunate, and to then receive the wrong replacement product is understandably frustrating.

We do routinely ask for photos when damaged or incorrect items are received, so we can hold the shipping carrier accountable, or review with our warehouse team. It is not our intent to introduce a hurdle, and we're sorry for any additional frustration that caused.

We're so sorry you didn't have it in time for the party. Our focus was on getting you the correct products, but with that resolved, we are happy to refund your shipping cost for this order.

Terrible customer service

I've been ordering from serious sips for a while now and this was by far the worst experience I've had with them so far. I ordered a blueberry syrup that I knew wouldn't ship for a week and I was willing to wait that week. However, it went by and still nothing shipped. I checked the website again and it said it would take another week! No communication to me saying what had happened. I had to search myself. I contacted customer service and the help was condescending and kept repeating that I should have checked the date since it said it would be a wait. All I said was that I'd appreciate more communication in the future since I was waiting on other parts of my order. I then asked if my stuff could be sent separate from the blueberry because I didn't want to switch brands. Hard no. I settled on getting the torani brand which I'm much less fond of and got yet another reply about checking dates. I work in customer service also so I'm not saying the customer is always right, but I do think the customer always deserves an apology when something goes wrong. My friend, I realize adding an out of stock item to my cart may take a bit, but perhaps you should give more realistic dates if it's not going to be back in stock when you say it is. All of that aside, I've been less than impressed with the shipping methods and overall quality of syrup pumps. I just bought one 2 months ago and this order carried a replacement for it because it already broke. This is by far the cheapest place to buy syrups if you don't want to go the webstaurant method so you get what you pay for.
