does Amazon accept your invoices?

I have been a customer for years quick shipping and good prices. The last few months prices have gone up 30 to 50%. Amazon has way better prices now. I am not going to pay their crazy prices.

Repeat buyer on Serious Sips back from when they used to be Serious Chai. Very nice people on the phone and such fast shipping to me here.

I love the Vanilla Chai. The quick turnaround at Serious Sips is much appreciated and they updated me with emails along the way. Nothing negative to report. I'll order again!

I spoke to Customer Service at Serious Sips about my order price being raised (without explanation) at checkout after I sign in.

Customer Service blamed the delivery companies like UPS and USPS. She said they charge more to deliver to a residence than a business.

I never ever had an incident in my 60 years, that I was charged more for delivery because my address was not a business.

Found Serious Sips on-line after months of searching all the grocery stores in my town. It was during covid and I felt desperate to find Oregon Chai single packets. Serious Sips sent me an entire case within a week. I buy it from them constantly and get the best customer service best shipments to my house and am so thankful for this company. They offer so many items can't wait to try new ones too. From Montana to our Jersey friends thank you.

This is THE place to buy Monin syrups. Prices are great and shipping is very fast. Dylan did a fantastic job packing my order so the glass bottles arrived perfectly!

Very upset with them, I placed an order for $80 and waited a month and discovered that they shipped the package to a wrong address. Emailed them and called, talked with rep, made sure she had a correct address, canceled old order placed a new one and again!!!!! They shipped to a wrong address! Using our money and who knows if they will refund my second order. Be aware before you order from them.

After waiting close to a month I finally cancelled my order. Their customer service is a joke. I was outright lied to in more than one email and the rest of the emails were simply form letters with no info. After 22 emails back and forth I was finally told the product I ordered was out of stock indefinitely. They took my money the minute I ordered now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. I do not mind waiting as long as I am told the truth throughout the process. After spending thousands of dollars with this company this year I am going to take my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone else does so as well. They have even removed reviews and comments on their social media pages so I am sure they have lied and attempted to steal from others

Today I received my second order from Serious Sips Company. I am so very happy. First, I just ordered 5 bottles of syrup yesterday and received them today! Also, they have what looks like to me the most flavors I have EVER seen!! Additionally they have (syrup) pumps and chocolate syrups and accessories. A really good company.

Great flavored syrups! Makes the best flavored shakes. Love the cherry flavor! My husband & I don’t really drink much, but I suppose if you wanted them for that I would definitely choose these flavored syrups. They are AWESOME!!!

Their prices are competitive and they ship quickly. However, customer service is marginal at best. I was sent a defective pump and rather than replace it, they just refunded it, and it was a back and forth to get them to do that. To order a single pump would cost me more in shipping than the pump! I won’t be ordering from them again. I understand errors happen, but they need to do better to make it right. All I wanted was a working pump like I had ordered. Also, it’s been days and no refund. I won’t order from them again.

I placed my order on April 11th and it arrived on May 6th. I paid for shipping (ground if I’m not mistaken) to speed my delivery up after the expected 10-12 day warehouse delays due to an increase in demand. What wasn’t okay is that I opened my package only to discover that 2 of 3 of my island oasis drink mixes are damaged. They are crushed to the point that one can’t even stand upright and the the tops are ripped almost clean off so I’m unable to to close my drinks once they’re opened. I was very disappointed by this this. The amazing prices were hardly worth it.

I can honestly said, it has been a horrible experience! I made an order on April 28 and I was supposed to receive the package last weekend. Long story short, the package still hasn’t ship and I have made multiple calls to try to resolve the issue and expedite the situation. The online order status says one thing different at how they are managing their orders. One of the products that I ordered was sold out and no one contacted me to let me know, thanks God I called and cancelled that product so my order could processed. My package suppose to be here today and still hasn’t ship. Customer representative told me basically that it was my fault because I was calling after 4 pm and by that time they can’t do anything because FedEx drivers pick up packages at 4 pm, therefore, even though I called multiple days and times, following up my order, they couldn’t help. Extremely displeased and honestly mad at the terrible experience.

I never heard of this company and the prices were lower than anywhere else I checked so I was a little hesitant to order. I took the chance and they did not disappoint. My package arrived quickly and the packaging was better than I ever expected. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I have been using this company for a few years. Always great customer service, a nice variety of products at good prices.
