Bought the hawkstone hamper for my dad for father's day which was very good value for money and great goodies inside.

Unfortunately when my dad came back off holiday and opened it one of the packet of crisps had burst. So I emailed customer services and asked if there was anything thay could be done.

Ryan emailed back very quickly and said they would send out some more crisps and some other goodies to by way of apology. Which they didn't have to do my dad was chuffed! They arrived very quickly too.

Excellent customer service and will buy from serious pig again! Thanks for the help Ryan!

I’ve had both the snacking pickles and the cheese bites a few times but decided to order a multi box of both, plus the chorizo snacks for hubbie. After delivery, I had to contact customer services, and had the most helpful conversation with Ryan who was straight on it and dealt with it quickly. Really friendly and a very positive experience…it helps that the pickles are amazing but will be ordering again!! Thanks again to Ryan for 5* customer service!!

Had the classic hamper for Father’s day wow what can I say totally different loved every one of them couldn’t share because thay were mine all mine lovely will definitely be looking to buy more

I have ordered 2 boxes now and both have been really well received. I asked if I could change one box slightly and it was no trouble at all. The team are so helpful and a pleasure to order from.

There was an issue with the box due to a lager leakage (no fault of the company, but the delivery). I contacted Serious pig expecting a replacement box without the contents as this is for my husband's birthday. This was swiftly resolved and a new box with contents sent to me with plenty of time left before husbands birthday. I cannot fault this company or quality of goods at all. My husband has ordered one for his dad as everything was just soooooo good.

I had an issue with a parcel being delivered I had contacted serious pig straight away and the service I received was 5 star Ryan was polite and understanding but also very helpful Thankyou

Snacking cheese is my favourite snack. Had a slight issue with it the other day and contacted customer support- got a prompt and helpful response. 10/10 service; 10/10 snacks!

I have to be honest, i was very disappointed with it, the beer was just standard beer you can get in any decent off license and the snacks were sub standard. I was especially disappointed by the salami sticks. It felt like I was eating spiced edible plastic & yes I did remove the outer layer, the cheese crisps were ok but I was expecting much better, It was like the burnt bits of cheese in the oven after a pizza spill but without the burnt taste (which I would have preferred if I'm honest.)
I haven't tried the pickles yet.
I'm very grateful to my niece who bought the gift box for my birthday, which meant I didn't get the disappointment of spending money on it. The sausage crisps were top notch, I cannot fault them, probably the best flavor crisps I've tried in years & I do like the glass. Should have put something sweet in the box but for the price I think they can certainly do better.

Contacted Serious Pig over a minor issue and received immediate replies even though it was the Christmas holidays!

Man oh man. These snacks are absolutely horrible. Son got the Brew Dog selection box - the beer is ok if you like brew dog but we all detested the snacks except the sausage crisps which he said were ok but wouldn’t really have again. Cheese awful. The salami stick was truly awful. Cheese and truffle - dearie me. The gift from hell. I see the glorious reviews below but no - the whole family thought this was well well below par.

Delivery was pretty speedy for where I live. The snacks that I've tried so far have been really good. Ive tried the crunchy snacking cheese, snacking pickles and giant corn scratchings. Highly recommend the cheese snacks, can't stop eating them.

Feeling rather disgusted and sick - just found a long blonde hair wrapped up in one of the truffle cheese snacks from serious pig- checked out the bag and found another hair sticking to the inside of the bag 🤢🤮🤮🤢

Won’t be buying them again !! They need to audit the Italian manufacturer asap
