Frustrated and perhaps fraudulent?

I placed an order on 20 July and after 3 chase up emails I am no further forward in being provided with a delivery date.

Their website prides themselves on prompt deliveries and good customer service but they have not demonstrated either quality with me.

I have even suggested that they may be operating a fraudulent operation but even that hasn't prompted an explanation of what is happening.

Saying a refund is on the way.
No explanation or apology.

The product is good. Easy to put together and maintain. Communication was very good. The only issue was with a fraudulent e-mail disguised as the courier Evri.

Really good overall. Great communication with customer services and a great product. Speedy delivery too. Would use them again.

Brilliant! I got this for my son, he’s approaching the age where he can become frustrated (pre hormonal I think) and this is going to be fantastic to keep him frustration free and fit!

Non existent customer service! My item was supposedly shipped a week and a half ago yet is still showing as "With Sender" on the tracking. When I emailed to ask if it had gone missing I received no response whatsoever. I emailed again, still nothing. I contacted them via Facebook, nothing again. I will have to claim my money back via my bank!

Delivery was not as promised had to wait another 5 days till it actually arrived and even then it had been delivered at 6:30pm also there team do not reply quick enough wrote an email got a reply 2 days later and to make it worse my order didn’t even come with clear instructions just a picture and quantity of bolt’s included. Will not be ordering again.

I bought some Olympic rings from you. Just gone out o my gym to hang them and the straps with the measurements on them are different lengths. Put them down to no 14 and one is three inches shorter than the other. It’s very helpful having the measurements on them but not when one is wrong!!

Have not received the items. It has been nearly 15 days. I emailed them and no teply. This website is a scam

Its been a month now since they have accepted the return request for a faulty product but still hasn't arranged the return and now ignoring all the messages.

I only received the frames, I didn’t receive the munch bag or the speedball

Everything arrived in good condition. Seems to be good value for money.

One screw is missing in the packet and the water tank cover is also not fixing properly, apparent from this few things.. I am happy with product

My purchase of a 6 foot punch bag arrived in good time. I find the perfect for my needs. It wobbles a little bit when using fool force with punches and kicks but generally is quite stable filled with water.

Awful website - Order came with missing parts and was packaged like trash. Contacted customer service for a refund and got no response after 9 days I had to contact again only for a response telling me to send a photo, which makes no sense as I was returning for missing parts.
The homepage states easy returns if unhappy with purchase which is a lie.
I have contacted customer service again and still have had no response another 7 days later.
There are other websites that sell better quality versions of the products out there and have good customer services.
Avoid!!!

You a load of crap. You won't get another order from me. Cowboy outfit.
