Although their product works, the support team is extremely frustrating to work with.
Everyone seems to make trouble doing any small task. And the support team isn't empowered to find real solutions on issues.

I spent 2 hours on this site using their email builder. After sending the email, I was informed that I could not use a public email address as the sender. I assumed they would send it from their domain. Now, I have to risk my domain getting a spam mark if they mess up, as they're not willing to take the risk. Why they couldn't tell me this when I gave them the email address I would be sending from, 2 hours earlier is really sleezy. In addition, they consider CBD Drinkables, Edibles, Topicals, Droppers, etc., as smoking paraphernalia and Narcotics. This is incorrect and demonstrates their ignorance on the subject.

Email service providers (such as Gmail, Hotline, Outlook, etc.) prohibit bulk email campaigns from their public domains. According to the general rules of bulk email campaigns, emails should be sent from the user's corporate domain. Also, email service spam filters have more requirements for bulk email campaigns than for regular personal ones. The results of the campaign (and whether or not the email will end up in spam) are influenced by many factors, such as topic of the campaign, content and design of the email, quality of the lists (how the contacts subscribed to your campaigns), reputation of the sender's domain, technical settings of the sender's email, etc. If you have everything in order with the previously mentioned parameters, your campaigns will have a good result.
As for the subject line of your emails, we don't prohibit cannabis as such, but it all depends on the laws of your state.

Mail cheap?
We chose which service to switch to from the chimp, because it is too expensive. We found Selzy on google, and now with the same results (sometimes even better, I think because of better deliverability) we spend 3 times less!!! 3 times!

Piattaforma email da evitare assolutamente, policy poco chiara, e molto complicata da applicare. Ti bloccano tutto dopo aver incassato la mensilità comunicandoti che non prevedono il rimborso.
