I tried several email tools. They’re all pretty much the same overall, but I found Selzy nicer in terms of design and price.

Selzy's drag-and-drop editor is a lifesaver. I created a professional email campaign in minutes without any tech skills. Perfect for beginners like me.

Selzy is a fantastic all-in-one email marketing tool for beginners and startups. Creating a subscription form for my landing page and setting up the first campaign was so easy and took me under 30 minutes in general, thanks to a simple interface and a very friendly support team who assisted me when I didn't know where to begin. I 100% recommend trying Selzy to everyone who is looking for a straightforward email marketing launch while taking care of the budget.

The service is terrible, messages go to spam, the support team can't solve it for 2 weeks

All our campaigns ended up in spam folder. Thus, our open rates were so poor. We got in contact with Selzy support, but no way! They could not find any solution so we had to move to another email service. It was totally a disappointment and we are doing very well with our new email service.

We signed up for Selzy and transferred our existing mailing lists from mailchimp. When we went to send out our first campaign, a simple email to 101 contacts for a State Contract we were awarded, they flagged it as spam and refused to send the campaign. It was literally just a plain old email.

We offered to send documentation and existing opt-in information but they wouldn't listen to anything we had to say. Support was useless, and they refused to escalate to a supervisor.

It took us hours to set up the product that we were ultimately unable to use. Very disappointed!

For a startup on a tight budget – it’s a gem. Everything works smoothly, and I figured it all out super quickly. The built-in AI saved me a ton of time when writing stuff

I think that Selzy is a great option for small businesses looking to get started / get serious with their email marketing strategies. They provide a simple, easy-to-use email builder that can be as basic or as customized as you want. They offer great learning resources such as their email marketing course and a how-to guide for setting up automation. Their standard package is less than $15 USD / month which makes it great value for money compared to their competitors. The only drawback is their limited integrations, but this would only deter larger or more advanced businesses.

I used to send emails through Gmail, but as my client list grew, it wasn’t cutting it. Selzy helped streamline the process: now I have automated sequences for new subscribers and weekly newsletters. The stats are easy to understand, even without special knowledge. Not perfect though, automation could use some polish, IMO. But for the price, it’s a solid tool

Selzy fit perfectly: affordable and not overloaded with unnecessary features. I used the free version for ages, but when they cut it down, I had to pay. Now I pay $7/month (Mailchimp would’ve cost $30, loops — $49). No issues so far - emails get delivered, stats are clear, and segments work well

This is great platfrom to do email marketing! It's really interface frendly and easy to unserstand. Besides they have very cool support, they answer me even at the night! and their prices are very good, comparing with other platforms. Selzy helped to improve my business performance.

I had high hopes for Selzy, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The platform is riddled with bugs, and it seems like every time I use it, there’s a new issue to deal with. Something as simple as creating and sending a small email campaign ends up taking three times longer than it should because of glitches and unpredictable errors.

Also, since switching to Selzy, my deliverability rates have dropped drastically compared to my previous platform. Many emails are flagged as spam, even after following best practices and double-checking our settings. This has severely impacted our outreach efforts and made the platform almost unusable for professional purposes.

While their support team is quick to respond, their replies are rarely helpful. It feels like I’m stuck in a loop of generic, scripted messages that don’t resolve the problems or address the underlying technical flaws.

Overall, Selzy has been a massive disappointment. If you value efficiency and reliability in your email marketing, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I've been using selzy for my business, Go Magic, for the past year and I'm happy with it. Their support team is incredibly fast and helpful, always fixing any issues I've encountered quickly. It is a young company and they offer a more affordable option compared to other email services, which has been a huge plus for me. I'm excited to see how they continue to grow and improve, but so far it's been a great experience! Thanks

it's awful we can not even make mail confirmation !

This tool is awful. They do not fix any problem. They do not help anything about problems. Do not choose this tool.

When I first started using Selzy I was initially impressed with their platform. I didn't really use it in anger, I was using it for testing as I built up my website and company.

I recently received an email from Selzy informing me "Starting July 16, 2024, integrations available within your Selzy account will become paid features". I have already paid for 'Integrations' as part of my original Contract of Sale (website printout & proof of purchase available). They informed me that they were able to increase prices as per their terms (printout available) as they require.

They are simply not interested in the fact that I've already paid for Integrations (proof of purchase and documented Integrations inclusion available). Discussions and digital arguments ensued, but Selzy have concluded that essentially it is tough, pay for an Integrations subscription or don't use them, as it isn't going to change. I have all documentation and proofs should it be required or requested.

They state that I'm welcome to use their API for free in order to create my own integration(s), but unfortunately I am not a Computer programmer or software coder, just as I'm sure most current and future users will not be, and I can't possibly afford to pay a 3rd party to create an Integration!

A SaaS platform that doesn't include Integrations is essentially redundant. They're essentially holding us to ransom.

My conclusion is, I cannot recommend Selzy because in my experience they cannot be trusted to honour their contract and they will more than likely make a similar move in the future, when it suits them to do so.

My plan was indeed purchased from Appsumo, as you intimated. Integrations were included as part of the sales contract, yet Selzy removed them and informed me that I must pay extra money to continue access to Integrations. You mentioned in your reply that the Appsumo purchase included 'free access' to Integrations, but Integrations were included in the initial Appsumo sales contract, therefore Integrations were most definitely not free, they were part of the original Appsumo sales contract...!

For reference, I have just logged into my Selzy account and Integrations continue to be unavailable unless I pay extra money to continue access...!
