Will not give you what they said they would
Well I think you need to be more clear about the price you value, I took my car full service and mot and was in very good condition but when he looked over the car he said everything is fine but offered the low price and said the high price is for when you part exchange but when I looked back at the email it does not say that so I will not use you again or recommend you

A waste of time
I called the company yesterday on a Saturday and provided them with all my car’s details. The evaluation value I was given was between £2,750 to £3,750. They also said I’ll be credited with £100 extra if I can come on the weekend to their office in Rochdale (19 miles from where I live) which I did. When I arrived there, their office was closed & I had to search and wait for the staff to come back. Then, he checked the car and gave me the lowest price I have ever been given for my car £1,500. I was already offered £2,500 by a next door dealer. I feel the evaluation I was given on the phone was just meant to pull my leg to come to their only office in Manchester 19 miles away. It was a total waste of time. I don’t recommend it

Absolutely amazing! Very easy and rapid, Shaun at Rochdale was more than helpful and kind! Felt very informed and confident in the sale! Will be coming here every time we want to sell as it has never been this easy to sell a car anywhere else! Would 100% recommend.
