Hello ,thank you for the prompt delivery of the machine, unfortunately it would not perform immediately. to get it to function I had to do a factory reset which meant I had to research a manual on the Internet to find out how to do this as I was not aware initially as to why it wouldn't work. It is now functioning correctly and I'm pleased with it, also it was rather grubby looks like it was just sent out as it came in regards Robert

This could help you book own courier. ButjYour feedback is very important to us as it is helping us look for an alternative solution for Northern Ireland.
