They have a tea for everything
They have a tea for everything. I picked up the Luna tea to help me with my periods and take it a few days leading up to my period and then during and it’s helped with my cramps and also tastes delicious.
I’m also really enjoying the ritual of making a Selé bloom tea too. It’s a bit more special than just putting a tea bag in.
The owner is a true herbalist and also knows about any contraindications and considers pregnant women and also women that are trying to conceive.
I’ve also for headspace to help with my headaches and it tastes fab too. It comes packaged beautifully so although I enjoy them at home, they would also make a great care package for a loved one.
I’ve got some off menu items as well and both me and my partner agreed they were the best we’ve ever had, we were left feeling gently lifted and light ! 5/5 would recommend.
