This app is great
This app is great! Ive been waiting for something like this that takes the work out of restoring photos and leaves me time to do other things. The time it used to take an hour per photo is cut down to a minute or less.

The photo restoration itself was good, but the company’s billing system is extremely misleading.
I purchased a yearly package, but they also started charging me weekly without clearly explaining it during checkout.
There is no proper invoice/payment dashboard, no clear cancellation option, and support kept promising refunds that never arrived.
In emails, they admitted:
* there was an unwanted weekly subscription
* there was a technical bug
* charges happened without proper credits
* refunds would be processed
Yet the money kept getting deducted again.
Be very careful with your bank card and monitor your statements closely.

To clarify what happened, our team noticed that two separate subscription plans were accidentally active on your account at the same time. We reached out as soon as we detected the issue, but due to a staff vacation, our subsequent responses were delayed. We are deeply sorry for leaving you waiting during such a critical matter.
We want to assure you that we have taken immediate action:
Subscription Cancelled: The unauthorized weekly subscription has been completely deactivated.
Full Refunds Processed: All duplicate and incorrect charges have been officially submitted for refund. Depending on your bank, the funds should reflect in your account within a few business days.
Furthermore, we completely agree with your feedback regarding the lack of transparency in our system. To prevent this from happening again and to provide full visibility, we are actively working on a new Billing Dashboard that will launch very soon. Once online, you will be able to easily view your payment history and download your official invoices at any time.
Please keep an eye on your email inbox, as we will continue to monitor your case and stay in touch until we confirm the refunds have safely returned to your account. Your trust means everything to us, and we are truly sorry for letting you down this time.

Can’t use what I paid for….
Certainly in my case and it seems it’s a common occurrence that after signing up for pro, your account suddenly stops working. I did initially get a response to my emails and was asked for more information to unlock my account.
I believe that I sent the right information on my last email, though unfortunately I have not received a reply to date.
Happy to take your money, but bad customer service.

Thank you very much for your message. I’d be happy to clarify how our credit system works.
As a Pro or Pro+ member, you receive 400 or 900 credits each week during your subscription. These credits are refreshed once per day, and any unused credits expire at the end of the day — they do not accumulate.
If you use all of your daily credits and try to generate more content, the app may show a Lifetime Credits Packageoption. These lifetime credits never expire, and you can choose to purchase them if you’d like to continue creating immediately.
However, you are not required to buy anything — you can simply close the prompt, and your daily credits will refresh automatically the next day.
When your account has both weekly credits and lifetime credits, the system will always use daily credits first, and only begin using lifetime credits after the daily credits are fully consumed.
