Was totally out of my comfort zone to do something like this but so glad I went with it. The email came through straight away with easy to follow instructions, Rochelle is totally professional and calming through the sessions and the daily reinforcement recordings. I’ve given this a month to see how it’s working and I’m mighty impressed. Losing weight slowly every week which I’m happy about, and losing centimeters. Noticed it more in my clothes being looser. My appetite has dropped and no longing for the junk food. I walk past them out shopping. I’m eating more healthier and aware what I’m eating, I do feel full if I try and eat too much. And have more energy! 100% pleased with the results I’m seeing. Highly recommend Rochelle and anyone contemplating doing the hypnotherapy way, to do it.

easy process.as soon as i did the initial hypnosis and listened to recordings my eating habits changed completely. it really is easy and effortless. 10 days in and i’ve lost 4kg. not having the cravings i used to and feeling so much better in myself

It works. The sessions are clear and accurate and after the initial hypnotherapy,
they are not to long . I have lost 2kg already

I followed the steps one by one
Downloaded everything read what I needed to read
I am on my 4th day and I am doing ok not tempted to have any of the backward foods
Only things I haven't done is weigh and measure myself but will get on to that today

The recordings were very easy to download and easy to listen to. It’s great to be able to have them so that I can refresh whenever needed. No dramas or unexpected issues at all. Great service.

Didn't think it had worked until recently I noticed my weight going down, wasn't eating so much, don't crave all the foods I was reward eating. Also my clothes are getting more loose. Which all makes me a lot happier with my life.

Was a very personal experience and was so comfortable.

Attended the LDH transfer session on 16 April. Totally has my eating habits back on track. After a stressful year
I had lost my focus and weight has gone up. Lost 2kg so far and during this time have spent a night away with friends for a celebration, easily made great choices. This journey is long term I know there will be hiccups along the way and results won't always be what I want. I will just continue to listen to reinforcement recordings and make the necessary adjustments
