Communication is key
The fact there was communication about what was going on. I get that in these times things don't always go as planned. But nothing is worse than when there is bad or no communication. I just wanted honest communication and feel like I got it. Kudos to LazySuzy for being able to do that.

West Elm - Oliver Sofa 72" in Oat
The ordering process was seamless and pain-free with confirmation within the hour. I received a delivery confirmation email the next day and a second delivery confirmation email with a 2 hour delivery window, 3 days before the delivery date. The delivery was on time and the sofa was placed and assembled where I wanted it. Overall, the entire delivery process took less than 30 minutes.
The sofa is perfect for the space and our needs. It is firm and supportive and not too deep, so perfect for conversation and reading. The best part is that it was cheaper on lazysuzy than at westelm.com and the delivery charge was lower as well.
This was my first experience with lazysuzy but definitely not the last. Overall, a fantastic 5-star experience all the way through!

Very happy
First, I really love my chair! I realize that is as much West Elm, as Lazy Suzy, but really, I love my new chair. The only tiny flaw in the actual chair was a tiny pull in the chenille. Second, I found Lazy Suzy incredibly easy and pleasant to interact with. Ordering and paying went off without a hitch. I did wait a long time for delivery, that didn't bother me at all - I could just look it up quickly on the computer, and see what the updated delivery date was. Delivery was what really impressed me. We live on a dirt road which I have had COUNTLESS delivery companies complain to me about. At this time of year (between mud season and snow), it can be a bit of a nightmare. Lazy Suzy's delivery came just after the biggest blizzard we can remember - 3 new feet of heavy white stuff AND we had no power or internet to make communication easy. I literally drove to service to warn Lazy Suzy about all of the above. The person at Lazy Suzy was super pleasant and easy going. No one was daunted - they delivered the chair without complaint even though they had to back the truck out of my road (only one lane was plowed), at least a half mile? I am super appreciative and definitely will buy from this company in the future.

Fears unfounded
I too was leery but trusted the reviews so took a chance … and am so glad I did. Within 10 days of my order, I received an anticipated delivery window. Then a call to select a date, then a confirmation. My couch was delivered on time by a great crew and is exactly what I ordered. The communication was above and beyond. I’d def order from LazySuzy again.

Was skeptical but I was wrong!
I was super skeptical initially since the table I ordered was no longer available through the vendor and LazySuzy didn't originally have a expected delivery date. But Allie was wonderful about inquiring with the warehouses to get updates and relay it to me. I just received the table and it is exactly as stated and beautiful. I am very thrilled to have been able to obtain a sold out table through LazySuzy. It is definitely a legitimate business. Four stars instead of five since there was so much uncertainty about delivery dates and availability.
