Kind and courteous! They delivered to the exact place we wanted the item and even unboxed it outside and cleaned up all the packaging!

I ordered a coffee table recently and received an order confirmation. Everything seemed fine until almost 2 weeks later they cancel my order. They didn't tell me this at all, I had to check on the status of my order with support to see what happened. They tell me my card didn't process, but I spoke with AMEX and they said it was no issue on their side. It must have been Seeded that canceled. When I ask them to reprocess the order, they tell me that now I'll have to pay more because the item is no longer on sale...So they are starting sales and letting you order, but then cancel your order and make you pay full price when you reorder. This must be illegal. I have all receipts and I'm submitting a complaint with the BBB. My friend's law firm takes cases like this and he said they will pursue when we establish a pattern. Please reach out to me if you've had a similar experience with them.

UPDATE: I received an absolutely unhinged call from the CEO of Seeded after I submitted this review. They went into my personal order info to get my phone number. I really don't feel comfortable now that a crazy guy has all my personal info including address. Scary stuff and now I have to call the police.

I wanted to buy a coffee table at CB2 but the shipping was $279. I searched up my coffee table on google, and seededhome popped up. They were selling the very same coffee table for the same price but shipping was only $129. I was slightly skeptical, but pulled the trigger anyways. CB2 called out to schedule the delivery and it came on time during their delivery window.

Really happy with the more affordable shipping option.

5/5 stars, will order from Seeded again. I was originally hesitant to use Seeded since I had never heard of them. Luckily I saw the positive reviews on Trustpilot and decided to take a chance. I am very happy I did.

We purchased a West Elm table we had been eyeing for a while. It went on sale for President's Day and the price on Seeded matched what West Elm was charging, but with a significantly lower shipping cost. I pulled the trigger and ordered the table, which was then delivered by West Elm promptly the next week (assembly included). Totally smooth transaction the entire way through.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I bought a CB2 couch 2 years ago, I decided recently to buy the matching couch and was upset to learn CB2 is sold out out them and won't be stocking them any longer. I found the same couch on Seededhome.com. I'll be honest, I thought it was a scam, but was desperate for this couch, so I gave it a shot. So glad I did! I received an email right after purchasing, stating it should be delivered within two weeks and it was! It would have been nice to have a phone number or email address to call, but the "live chat" did help. Couch was as described and delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend this website!

I was able to find the Crate and Barrel sofa I wanted for a better deal than the C & B site. I was a bit nervous about using this site which was "unknown" to me. And, the sofa took a while to arrive. I wondered if I was being scammed!? But, it did arrive and was in perfect condition. The delivery team was incredibly polite and professional. Overall, I am a very happy customer!

We received a West Elm chair from LazySuzy. There was a hiccup on the delivery date, but the CEO reached out to us and made everything right. He was responsive and professional in solving the matter, so good customer service, and we love the chair!

I am revising my rating to 4-stars after speaking with the Owner about my situation. Appears that the huge delay in shipping, and eventually non delivery of the item completely was due to the bankruptcy filing by Yellow Freight. I guess you could say that my timing was terrible. While the communication on their end about what was really happening could have been much more transparent, the owner promptly issued me a refund. (Previous Post) I ordered a very expensive Crate and Barrel chair that had been discontinued. Upon my initial contact with the Bot (Allie) she was very helpful and responsive, letting me know that she had located the chair in Florida and she would let me know the shipping costs to California. She promptly got back to me with a shipping cost which I agreed to and paid in full for the chair and delivery. This was on June 1, 2023. Within days I was informed via email that my chair would be delivered on June 15-22. I thought, Wow that’s pretty fast. I now sit in mid August and I have no chair. In early July I told it was a shipping problem, lost in Atlanta, then I was told it was in Phoenix and would be arriving soon. I called Yellow Freight through the tracking number I had been given. I was told by them that the chair was NOT in Pheonix and they could not locate it so it should be considered lost and I should contact the seller. Well that’s impossible. Allie returned a couple of my online posts and told me that the chair was not lost and they will find it. A month later and now nobody will return my posts or give me a refund, which I’ve asked for. This may be a legit site, but just be aware that if you have any problems you don’t have a person to deal with.

I was usually very very skeptical. But I’m grateful I’ve got my product directly from CB2. It was exactly what I ordered.

My item arrived quickly, sooner than expected. The delivery team worked efficiently and carefully.
The only thing I would have liked is some information on how to care for the wood table top.

The purl rotating side table arrived in great shape and it has arrived earlier than expected.👍 I will definitely order more products from LazySuzy because of their great customer service and I was well informed of the arrival of my order. Just completed my third purchase using this awesome company! The design ladies were very helpful in finding pieces I never saw when I searched. My last purchase,a bedside table,was packed perfectly and arrived within two weeks. I highly recommend LazySuzy. Often times their shipping has been cheaper than the actual store websites.
