All providers were happy with way your staff conducted themselves. Staff were happy with transport including escorting staff. All in all we are a happy customer keep it up.

This company was brought in for my partner who had been involved in a motorbike RTA and sustained a bleed on the brain and brain injury. As he needed supervision to keep him and others safe during this traumatic time.
I cannot recommend their services enough, the staff were so caring and understand, patient and friendly and thoughtful towards my partner and me too. Nick was fantastic and even with confusion and post traumatic amnesia my partner remembers how he treated him ‘like a normal person’ and talked to him and entertained him and made him feel safe / secure when I wasn’t there at night. Nick even went to the extent of explaining to my partner that he didn’t need to worry about his uniform and that he wasn’t police or security he was there to make sure he was ok and safe and help him if needed. He was absolutely brilliant. Then there was Sue who again was amazing with my partner, she was motherly, caring, kind, easy to talk to and we included her in our day to day life (we had the pleasure of her company more than once) my partner was not the easiest of people when he woke from his coma and was rude and insulting and swore at people due to the injury and Sue handled every situation with care and was professional. Again when I wasn’t there at night or had to leave, she sat with my partner and talked to him and looked after him. Not once was I worried about my partners care with them. Mo, Joe, Mick (hope I haven’t forgotten anyone) were all as good with my partner. They went above and beyond and nothing was too much. Thank you so much to all of you for your help, patience and co-operation, care, kindness and most of all understanding of my partner, his actions and his needs. Zoe you should be proud of the team you have.
Even when your team stopped bed sitting him, they always went out their way to stop and talk or say hello and see how he was doing, everytime they saw us. Would definitely recommend.

These people are horrible and manipulate people and lied to me saying I was going to spend one day in Doncaster and made me sign a something and told me there a tv in my room and a gym and I ended up staying a month please don’t trust these people because you will regret it and they are horrible drivers and i hope karma comes for what they do to people there evil.
