My experience was very mixed.
The product is really good. However, some of the communication from the member of staff was not transparent, because they kept giving me incorrect delivery dates. This left me very disappointed

We clearly display stock availability on our website for products that are currently in stock. However, this particular item was sold as a pre-order and, unfortunately, the shipment experienced unforeseen transport complications that caused it to arrive later than expected.
We always try to communicate proactively and pass on the latest information provided by our shipping company. Regrettably, estimated delivery dates can sometimes change due to circumstances outside our control.
