Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry to hear you were having trouble booking a single seat.

SeatPlan aggregate deals via our trusted ticketing providers, which means that our maps show tickets that the theatre supplies to these ticketing providers. Unfortunately, when this notification pops up it is a rule set by the venue themselves, disallowing any booking that leaves a single seat on their map - including seats in different price bands. I'm afraid that as this is a policy set by the venues, we're unable to override this on our end at SeatPlan - if we were able to do so we absolutely would.

We appreciate how frustrating this must be, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. It doesn't look as though we have an email from you in our help@seatplan.com email inbox, but we’d always advise reaching out if you’re ever having trouble booking.

Looking at your account, it appears that you did manage to book great alternative in the end, and have secured a single seat for the performance despite these initial issues. We hope you enjoy the show, and that features like our interactive seat maps and view-from-a-seat photos mean you will still consider booking with us in future.

Thank you for your email. We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the price of your tickets on this occasion.

We can see you’ve reached out via our help@seatplan.com email, but are also posting the reply we sent you via email here on TrustPilot.

We’ve taken a look in our system and can see that that your booking was fulfilled via our ticketing partner Encore Tickets. The booking supplier should be listed in your confirmation email, as well as under the ‘my tickets’ section of our site.

We can confirm that the QR codes you have received are your e-tickets, and your booking is secure.

If you were on the venue website, clicking seats would not link directly to our site, so it sounds as though you must have still been on our site by accident before making the purchase. We do try to be as transparent as possible that we’re a third-party ticketing agency - our logo and branding are quite different from the venue’s and are present throughout our website at each stage of the booking,but we are very sorry if you felt this was at all unclear.

At SeatPlan, we aggregate deals across the top UK ticketing suppliers to ensure the best possible price based on availability. This means often including offers that are not available when buying tickets directly from the Box Office, as can be found on our discounts page and our last-minute page.

Ticket prices are set via our ticketing suppliers, rather than through SeatPlan, and we always show the lowest price available to us from these suppliers, but on occasion, the price of tickets available through our suppliers does differ from those available at the Box Office directly. As with any online purchase, prices can fluctuate depending on what other deals are being run across the industry, anda quick comparison always helps to ensure you get the lowest price available to you at the time.
