SeatPlan is absolutely brilliant! The website is easy to use, and I love being able to see real photos from other theatre-goers before booking — it really helps you pick the best seats. Everything from choosing tickets to receiving confirmation was quick and straightforward.

The photos of each seat is while making a seating selection is an invaluable service. They get ten stars for that because almost always they have a photo. When purchasing tickets, the website interface with customer '/ the electronic delivery of tickets needs to be smoother. So five stars overall.

Great booking at short notice.
Had a spare afternoon and booked tickets for Shakespeares Globe via Seatplan. Website very clear and good choice of seats at different prices. Very easy to book and instant despatch of ticket via email. Great production of a complex Shakespeare play.

Always check the actual theatre website first
I bought tickets to see a very popular west end show from SeatPlan, under the claim that they were offering the best seats at the lowest prices. This is not the case, on checking the actual theatre website, tickets were not in the better seats but cheaper! I was very upset that I had paid £10 more per ticket and that I didn't get the best seats available at the lowest prices!

At SeatPlan, we aggregate deals across the top UK ticketing suppliers to ensure the best possible price based on availability. This means often including offers that are not available when buying tickets directly from the Box Office, as can be found on our discounts page and our last-minute page.
Ticket prices are set via our ticketing suppliers, rather than through SeatPlan, and we always show the lowest price available to us from our suppliers. On occasion, the price of tickets available through our suppliers does differ from those available at the Box Office directly, and whilst this means that our ticket suppliers can offer discounts that the Box Office may not be able to, it also sometimes means that these prices may include additional fees that are not applicable when booking directly. SeatPlan always includes the cost of any booking fees within the price of the tickets, so that you’re not hit with the surprise of additional fees being shown when reaching the checkout - which can sometimes happen when booking directly from a venue. I’ve purchased a few tickets and I’ve found they come up trumps on pricing and viewing the seats. You also can gain points if you take pics when you first arrive before show starts of the view from your seat. I’ve seen starlight express, magic mike and moulin rouge and I’m going to see in January Cirque Soleil: Ovo
