First class service from this company. Nice case at a reasonable price for my iPhone 15 pro max. Fits great as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

SDTEK has a clean forward page online where I found the perfect phone case great shipping fee. Worth the time it took and it arrived on promised date
Also only place I could find ORANGE phone cover for Samsung GA-16.

Took around two weeks to arrive from abroad when company is claiming it is british.The phone case and packaging was in very poor condition, heavily scratched all over, am using case for hassle of return but photos of items arrival are being saved.

The phone cases arrived as promised and we are very pleased with them .
Good service and quality

I ordered an iPad case as a gift, but when it arrived, it was damaged. I contacted SDTek immediately, but received no response for an entire week. When they finally replied, they told me I would have to return the item at my own expense just so they could "assess" the damage. The customer service was extremely poor, and the product itself felt cheap and low quality. Despite what they say, this is clearly not a UK based company; it's 100% manufactured in China. Would not recommend. Avoid!

Ordered an iPad case as a birthday present. It arrived damaged. Contacted the company and they were not interested at all. Slow email response, no help when they did respond and blamed me for the damage. iPad case arrived in what can only be described as a Jiffy bag with no protection around the case. Overall awful customer service and still won’t resolve my issue.

AVOID AT ALL COST - go elsewhere to buy an iPad case that won’t arrive damaged and a company that actually has good customer service

Advertising as UK company but is a Chinese company selling substandard damaged iPad cases. Tried to return faulty goods for a replacement but after sales team not interested , claimed refund from PayPal . Avoid and choose a different company who care for their customers.
Response to SDTEK:- you do not respond to emails. Your policy should always be that your customers are priority. Not some sub standard rule you have put in place. You sent me faulty goods or goods that were damaged in transit and told me you would not replace them. The whole point of reviews is to speak as you find. You never add a name to your emails because this is a Chinese company that clearly gets a lot of complaints. Not once have you apologised to me for the quality of goods I received. Shame on you!

The product ( mountain bike pedals) was exactly as described and I was pleased with the quality
The delivery was swift and arrived well packaged
All in all very satisfying experience

The colour on the leather iPhone case I bought from SDTEK started to disappear on the wear points after 2 months of use. I used their online form to complain and got no response so I sent an email with photos. Still no response. I have tried phoning several times but they do not answer. Do NOT do business with this company!

Good quality products. I had bought a phone case on ebay that didn't fir properly, this one is perfect with all the holes in the case in the correct locations. My only moan is that the web site proudly states that SDTEK are a UK company but both items I ordered were posted from China

My package went missing and when I emailed about it there was a response. I felt like it would be resolved.
The package was delivered to my neighbor who eventually passed it to me, so no further assistance was required.

Really poor after service. Received a damaged iPad case which did not become apparent until my husband opened it on his birthday. Contacted SDTEK immediately. Emails were ignored. Refused to send replacement. Said I could return it for inspection but unreasonable return period as I was abroad. Refused to flex. Had to raise a dispute via PayPal to obtain a refund which was immediately agreed. Avoid SDTEK. If there is a problem they don’t want to know or help!! I would not use this company again or recommend them!!

Misleading company, say they are based in uk but shipping from abroad. Lucky if your order turns up. Disgusting service companies should not be allowed to operate like this. Wish I had never seen their website

The most difficult thing about ordering from SDTEK was the choice of colours of the phone cover I wanted. They were all really beautiful and such good value, I ordered two; black and white. On receipt, I was happy to see that they really are as good as they look online. I love the gold edging and the ring holder magnetic stand at the back, which is very useful. They do look much more expensive than they are.

Ordering and delivery were also extremely good.
