Absolutely love my new iPhone leather case! Is has a very useful stand feature too which I like. Very well made, soft buttery leather and it feels premium quality but at an extremely affordable price. I am absolutely delighted with this purchase.

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Great service. The 20mm Silicone Replacement Watchband is exactly what I wonted. Easy to attache, it is soft, flexible, strong. Very good value as well.

Product is good quality, nice grip for fingers and hand, little bit pricey but if needed I will buy again, because of quality of cover

2 different phone cases ordered, first arrived and was wrong one sent that was ordered, requested a return and refund, no returns label received. Second phone case arrived a few days later, quality poor so again requested a returns label. Nothing received until I then chased this label. I was emailed one label and asked if ok to send both items in one package as no label received for first case. No answer.
I decided to send both items in the one package, that was a month ago. Package shown as delivered. Still no refund. I have chased this up twice with no answer.
Today received a message that only one item returned. Still no refund. I will escalate this to trading standards and if need be a small claims court.

Placed an order for a new phone case, item did not arrive, tried contacting the company over 20 times sending emails and calling their landline. Did not receive any order confirmation or tracking details after purchase….very clear scam company, will be contacting trading standards, do not order from this company!

Very smart phone case, this company have a good choice of covers to fit my Moto G8 Powerlite phone.
This black case is very nice and would be even nicer if the 'sparkly ring' on the back was the same colour gold as the case trim.

As you are so intent in not taking any responsibility for your error and are still trying to lay the blame at my door I will take this opportunity to correct YOUR inaccuracies and my experience with buying from your company.
1. The case I ordered is not suitable for my phone.
2. I have checked the order and can confirm that the correct case was ordered for my phone.
3. The packaging my phone case arrived in does not state the phone model. All it has is a lot of Chinese writing. I have looked to see if I can upload the photo of the packaging on here but it does not seem to be an option.
4. Your returns system is certainly not straightforward. After I chose "defective" in the drop down box it gave me no other option but to agree to the £4.99 deduction for return postage. I was not prepared to give you any more of my money as at this point all trust was gone in your company.
5. I can assure you it is not easier to leave a negative review. I would have preferred for the phone case to fit my phone. I can also assure you that I checked my order before leaving a negative review to ensure it was not my error.
6. I have now given you the supporting information you requested via this site. If you had asked for this initially, you would have had it sooner.
Lastly, if your website worked as you say it does we would not be having these conversations as I could have returned the case for a refund. I am not making a claim, I am stating a fact that the case is not suitable for my phone. Your website does work as you say it does and your delivery timescales are not as stated on you website. Therefore, I have not written anything inaccurate about your business. All I have written is an accurate assessment of my dealings with your company.
You have my supporting documentation. All I am asking for a refund for a phone case that is not fit for purpose.

excellent quality item, looks exactly as online, perfect ease of use

Really lovely product which arrived quickly and I was given updates all the time ad when it would arrive. Great value for money and my daughter is chuffed with her new pretty phone cover. Great product!!

It took 10 days for the two items I ordered to arrive within the UK, despite the checkout process claiming they would arrive within 2 days. Once received, the phone case ordered was far below the quality I would have expected for something that cost GBP 20. The iPad case was the wrong size. When I tried to initiate a return, the online shop automatically said it would deduct GBP 4.99 per item, even though it is illegal for them to charge any type of admin or restocking fee within the 14-day cooling off period. If my return request is solved in a satisfactory manner and the full amount is refunded, I will consider changing my rating.

Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande, mais SDTEK m'a proposé un remboursement sous 10 jours plus un bon d'achat, suite au mél que je leur ai envoyé.
Mon coli, une coque de téléphone à 20€, avait été envoyée par SDTEK en 'Envoi international avec suivi' à La Poste. Le suivi sur le site SDTEK etait très détaillé mais bloqué à l'étape 22, parce que La Poste n'avait pas su trouver mon adresse et qu'elle ne semble pas non plus capable de le retourner à l'adresse de SDTEK.
Ca faisait plus d'un mois que le coli etait bloqué à La Poste et le site SDTEK indique toujours "Malheureusement, votre commande est légèrement retardée, mais soyez assuré qu'elle est en route".
