I received my jacket with 3 stains on it. I was told to try to wash it. They didn’t come out. I was then told that they would send me out a new one. It’s been almost 2 weeks and have not received anything or an update on shipping. We used this company for my company and I think we will move onto a different one now.

There needs to be a better way to get a return without having to pay for shipping, also there needs to be something done better with returns on embroidered items not being able to do a return is unacceptable.

Sizes run extremely big. Had to return 4 of the 5 tops I purchased and had to pay more for the return then one of the tops.

Horrible. This is like the 4th time this company has messed up our order. I have updated the shipping address multiple times in my account, and they continue to ship packages without our suite number, which delays the shipment as it gets sent back to them and then has to be sent back out to us. We will be taking our business elsewhere, as this is just ridiculous. We ordered on 10/16/25, and it is now 10/29/25 by the way.

I’m happy with the products and selection (although color selection could be better), and the ordering process is easy enough. My only issue is that every time I place an order, I double-check to make sure nothing is listed as unavailable or backordered — yet after the order processes, I still end up with items on backorder or shipping delays that take over two weeks and its not free shipping. Example placed order on 10.1.25 received 10.25.25 It’s frustrating and makes me consider ordering locally or through Amazon instead.

I was charged twice for my order. Now I have to wait 90-120 days while my bank disputes the charge to get my money back. It took an entire week just to get my order shipped when it was marked in stock. Then was told it was being shipped USPS, the tracking number didn’t exist with USPS yet because it said they hadn’t received it. When my package arrived it had been sent by FedEx from some location in a different state with a different company name from the company. I should have followed my gut and not ordered from here when I saw that PayPal was no longer a payment option. This used to be one of the main companies I used to order scrubs from, but now I will no longer be using them.

Quality is really good. I love print tops so I wish there were more of those. Site is easy to navigate. Shipped out quickly despite a few items noting they may take a little longer to ship being in different wearhouses.

The process of ordering was simple, the delivery and packaging very well done. The material very comfortable.

The scrubs look fine and the embroidery was nice. However, took way too long to come in and was sent in separate packages rather than just one with everything. Along with not receiving one of the pants my order came with.
