Long shipping time, and wrong size delivered!
I ordered a set of scrubs and a lab coat. After waiting over 3 weeks for it to arrive, I received the wrong scrub top size which was way too big, and when I returned it, I had a lot of trouble reaching customer support. I started a live chat option, and also called, neither of which answered after an hour of being on the line. It has been over a month since I returned my scrub top and I have not received my refund yet. Ive had a very difficult time with this company and will not be ordering again.

Took forever bad quality scrubs
Took forever. Only got one top scrub. I ordered a coat, 3 tops, and 3 scrubs. Also, the scrubs are terrible quality. White is see through.

Would give them 0 stars if optional. This site is the worst. Processing times is a few weeks at least. They then send out one wrong item, not what i ordered, and missing the other item. When adresed, their response is that the will not issue a refund for the wrong item and simply ignored the fact that they did not ship the other item. They are rude and incompetent.

No Embroidering
Ordered scrubs with embroidering. Scrubs came without embroidering even though it was paid for. Called to check why it wasn't embroidered - they said even though you put embroider when you add to cart you have to then again mark it when checking out...WHY twice? They said I would have to pay to ship the scrubs back to embroider and pay to ship them back. Will never order from scrubin again. Terrible customer service - why would I pay for shipping both ways when it's your mistake?

Placed my order for work scrubs and…
Placed my order for work scrubs and have yet to receive them after 3 and a half weeks since date of order being placed. Do not recommend this service for anyone in the medical field needing their uniforms in a timely manner. Customer service was particularly horrendous and will be recommending our company to change our scrub provider immediately.

Not user friendly
The scrubin portals that are combined with a specific employer are not user friendly. The filter options and search options are not great at all. It makes it extremely difficult to filter results and find what you need. I only deal with it because I get a voucher. I otherwise would not use scrubin
