Simply Scrubs Size 35-37 is measures 32!
Simply Scrubs Size 35-37 is measures 32!
Just received 3 sets of Simply Scrubs turtle neck zip up (mens) scrubs). Love the fabric and the style but they are considerably smaller that we expected and smaller too than the sizing as detailed on the website. The large trousers should be 35-37 inch waist (per website) but measure exactly 32 inch. The largest size is XL which is (based on the size L) also going to be too small. I have sent an email and would ideally like the set in a XXL. I have also asked that they cover the cost of the return shipping as the mistake is theirs, not ours.

The only company that have Koi Scrubs in petite sizes!
This is the only company that has actually been able to fulfill an order for me for Koi scrubs in petite sizing.
Whilst delivery took a while I was contacted by the company to explain that the trousers were on back order and I was given a tracking reference to follow once they were dispatched.
Unfortunately the trousers I ordered were too big so I'll be returning them to exchange for a smaller size but I will definitely order from this company again. The scrubs are such good quality, wash well, available in a wide variety of colours, and the communication and customer service from the company has been excellent!

Dear Laima,
Thank you for reviewing us, we didn't hear anything from you regarding the wrong size. I have already send you an email to look in to this with you and have this resolved instantly. Regarding the delay in delivery, as you know was one pant in backorder, Jaanuu indeed have had delays this month due to shipping issues in the USA this indeed resulted in longer than usual delivery times.
Looking forward for your reply on my email.
Best Regards,
Dave & team scrub-supply.com

Very satisfied with the purchase
I would give 100 stars, if I could. I had to do a return because I needed a smaller size and the employees were sooo nice and helped me through all the process. Plus the shipping was fast, even though I ordered from another country. Totally recommend 💕

Dear Evelyn,
Thank you for your review. As we mentioned in our email contestation was there indeed a mistake made by German Post DHL in the routing. As you know we gave you the option to wait on new items to come in or to get a refund, you chose for the refund which we send out instantly, I do not understand why you write that you had to fight for this? As I've mentioned in my email to you in response to your review I can not see any reason for you to be unsatisfied with the solution you chose yourself.
I'm looking forward for your reply on my email to see how we could have solved this different for you.
Best regads,

I am so happy with the feedback from your company. As an international customer from the caribbean, I have few options. Many providers do not accept my card. I felt special.
I am yet to receive the package though, however, the problem is with the local postal company. Is there any way you can express deliver? Thank you again!
