Catherine Customer Support @ Schriveiner, London, contacted me after reading my previous review about the ink flow issue. A refund was issued along with a brand new fountain pen. She also sent additional information about the use and care of my fountain pen. I love the way this company stands behind their products and I'm looking forward to my next purchase of a Schriveiner pen.

I bought not just one but five fountain pens in different colours as the elegant design was irresistible and also gifted Scriveiner pens to 3 of my close friends.
As I started using fountain pens after ages (probably after leaving school) I wanted some initial tips and the Scriveiner Customer Care was ever so ready to help me and promptly provided all the advice and recommendations. They patiently replied to each of my query and I would say not only the Scriveiner pens are great but also their after sales service is equally great. I would happily recommend their pens to anyone looking for good quality fountain pens at reasonable prices.

I would have rated this 4.5 if I could have. 5 for customer service. I have 3 Scriveiner Pens and will buy more. It's mostly about preference. I have a British Racing Green Fountain pen. Thought I loved it until I got an EDC Heavy Brass pen. THAT pen is fabulous. I love the weight, and the size. Writes like a charm. So I ordered another EDC pen thinking it would be the same weight etc. I was not as happy with that pen. The cap has a lighter plastic feel to it, the pen is not as heavy. Probably more to do with the material. Again, this is mostly about preference. I really enjoy the weighted pen so the Bronze Pocket EDC pen will be my next pen.

I never expected a response time to so short for a fountain pen.
I've gotten more help than I ever had with the government using their live chat line.

I am from India and i was browsing through the website where i had some questions in my mind. I have send my questions and got them responded on the same day. The response was instant and i was astonished with the speed of response and that too on Sunday that is amazing.

The customer support was particularly quick to respond, asked for the required details and sent a replacement product upon receiving the details.

The feel of the pen is quite nice, and the quality of the pen matches the price.

I received a pen as a gift because I have an office job and is my working tool, since I started to use it I feel in love!!! GREAT QUALITY OVER ALL!!!! But something happened with it, that I have to contact the warranty and guess what? They have an excellent customer service too! They answer me back in less than 15min. They take care of me and resolve my problem! Recommend 100%!!!!

First of all, I admire the high quality of the writing instruments. I own 4 fountain pens that are equipped with a Schmidt nib. Then I was able to make excellent experiences with an employee who helped me a lot with a problem of guaranteeing. Thanks again to Dan. And finally, I like the price-performance ratio.

I think there is no one can give us customer satisfaction like scriveiner does. In the race of the profit, once you buy any products from any company they will forget you but scriveiner is treat you like you are the king for them. If I get a chance to make a trip in London I will definitely visit the company headquarter.
