After significant spending
After significant spending, about $400, I was able to "win" $500. The $500 was never credited to my account and all attempts to contact customer service by chat, phone, chat bot, have failed.
Starting to think this is a scam.

The variety of scratchers is great! Customer service was also fast to react to my emails and very helpful with all my questions. I was honestly very nervous at first because I thought this site was a scam just like everyone else however after I played a couple scratchers I won a little money and then within 24 hours my money hit my bank account. I have won a few times and more than on normal in hand lottery tix. lol would give 5 stars but sometimes there’s small glitches in the site having to log in again and agin but I do to play. I have just started playing and have won a couple of times, one being my first scratchee which of course had me hooked. The withdrawal was very easy and fast which is greatly appreciated. The only hiccup I have had is the second card you’re supposed to get if you lose on the first one I haven’t received except one time and maybe I am not understanding?
