Everything was good until it wasnt be careful
Okay so I gotta change my review on here now I recently paid for 2 scratchees and I never received them I have contacted support multiple times and they just say there working on it. they are still sending out promotions even though they have officially ripped me off for 20 bucks imagine how many people they just took there money this is the first problem but its a big issue stealing money is not okay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after this I wouldn't play scratchee you never know if your gonna get what your paying for its been 12 hours and I still haven't got what I paid for im gonna have to call my bank tomorro and get the transactions reversed im also gonna leave alot of reviews if this dont get fixed.

Borderline a scam. This is a discount access site not a game site and the discounts are not that impressive to be honest. Even when I bought access the free scratches never came. Customer support was quick, but not much help. I didn’t use any features and requested a refund which they refused to do. Even if I was looking for a discount site I would avoid this one because of sketchy practices.

This is my second review for scratchee well 3rd cause i upgraded my first review. So today i took and spent money i shouldnt have and spread it across 3 ways to win. 1. Scratchcards from 7/11...2.online state lottery slots with a 20 dollar first deposit bonus and 3. SCRATCHEE....1 and 2 left me with 0 guess what??? #3 gave me my money back plus what i lost from 1 & 2 and some to spare...if you want to keep paying the state more of your hard earned cash go ahead. Iv won more with scratchee over the last few weeks than i have all year by using other means. Just give it a try! I promise you will be celebrating! If i could give 10 stars i would! Keep up the great work team scratchee...PS the customer service team resolves issues fast and if you do lose you have a second chance option as well as all tickets gets you access to discounts at hotels/resturants and more. You cant lose.

Alright. I'm gonna give my honest opinion.to start yes i have won some.but like most lotteries it's small compared to the loss..now there saying that on their 20 dollar tickets it's 1 in 3.45..we'll a few weeks ago I purchased 12.and lost.2 days ago i tried the 50 dollar tickets.which they state 1 in 3.4.so finally on the 15th ticket I hit 100 dollars..that's more like 1 in 11...after loosing over 800 dollars.my mistake.i ask for 1 freebie and they say I do not qualify for a free ticket..ha..also if you check the games I see that no 1 wins on the big big money.and what ever you do run from the 100 dollar tickets..loose at your own pace..i give them a big fat 0.

They are a scam
They are a scam. I first signed up and was told there was going to be an all new site with new scratchers but I had to play 5 unique scratchers and I’d get $200 free once the new site rolled out which was a couple weeks away. I spent a lot of money completing this challenge and now it’s been months and there’s no release date in site. Just promises of the $200 I was promised. Since then they’ve deactivated my account due to my accidentally creating a new one which I never actually used (and they’ve since reactivated it after threatening to turn them in to the ftc) and then I couldn’t cash out my already dwindling winnings. I had $300 I’d won but due to them not letting me cash out I wasted most of it by the time they finally corrected the error. I won’t spend another dime on this site because it seems to be a scam. You’re buying access to links to sales and discounts that are freely available and not exclusive to them. It’s a huge rip off and I’m upset I was bamboozled into it.
