The first chair we received had a defect. Scout & Nimble quickly got on it and had a replacement sent. Great customer service and followup!

I have purchased several decorative pieces from Scout & Nimble. The decorative pieces are classic and affordable. The dresser that I purchased is very stylish and of good quality. The green color is beautiful. I will continue shopping at Scout & Nimble and have recommended my friends to shop there as well.

A screw was missing from a fixture and they send a new one and followed up to make sure it fit when they sent it.

Really rude, curt and disinterested customer service on phone - Ordered a piece of artwork - order cancelled - money taken off credit card - automated email letting me know. one week later no sign of payment. Customer service telling me to wait for payment to be processed. Unwilling to look up order until pressed. Very unhelpful and unapologetic. Will not be shopping here again

The drawers of the Four Hands dresser were out of alignment and rubbed against the frame. Scout and Nimble sent someone out to remedy the issue. Email communication and phone communication was great. They were responsive and definitely a company that I would buy from again.

I was sent a coupon code, but the items in my cart weren’t included. If you’ve got the algorithm, I’d prefer not to be sent codes that don’t apply to my cart.

I was SO impressed with the customer service I received from Kileigh! I needed help with a return (which was entirely my fault because I had ordered the wrong size), she went above and beyond to reroute the items back to S&N, follow up with me several times to keep me updated, and issue a store credit so that I could reorder in the correct size. This was my first time ordering from S&N and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We ordered a ceiling fan from Scout and Nimble. We didn't want one from one of the box stores that looks like the same in every house. We found one that looks unique and fits our space wonderfully. It also operates exceptionally, it is smooth and almost silent. We love it and would recommend anyone who is looking for a different look to check out Scout and Nimble!

Update 6/3/25 we recieved the replacement set. One was broke this time but luckily wasn’t the one I needed. Kinleigh, was extremely helpful in rectifying the situation and very communicative during the process! Pictures are wrapped very well for shipping, however the first pic packaged is the one that arrives broken, manufacturer may need to make some adjustments. Thank you for making this right! Picture arrived with broken glass. Have sent everything requested of me, pictures of broken glass, packaging, us unboxing the pictures. It’s been one week now, can’t get an email or call back regarding how you will rectify this. At this point I would not recommend or purchase from this company again.

Any review that praises customer service is fake. God help you if you need to return an item. No Chance they answer the phone . They will make it as difficult ( and expensive ) as possible to return nothing.

My loveseat was delivered with what looked like a large rub mark that occurred during shipping. The Scout and Nimble team worked with me to offer a discount on the product and they also sent a furniture repairman to see what could be done. I’m glad I took the offer because the repairman did a fantastic job. Thank you to the S&N team for facilitating! They were always responsive and helpful throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the outcome.

Great customer service! My lampshade was damaged in the delivery process. I worked with Kileigh in customer service, and she resolved the issue right away and followed up to ensure I was happy with the results.

Even though my order was initially delivered incorrectly, the customer team went above and beyond to make it right. They made sure the correct item was delivered quickly and arranged for the wrong item to be picked up without any hassle. Honestly, mistakes happen, but the way they handled everything made a huge difference. The two girls I spoke with were the sweetest most helpful reps I have dealt with when ordering online. They were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about getting this sorted out. Highly recommend based on their amazing service!

I ordered a mirror online on April 14th, expecting delivery, in at least one week. I found out, only be clicking on a "Shipping Information" link to their website, and scrolling down the page, that it will take 10-15 business days to process and another 2-4 weeks for delivery. They only give you 24 hourse to cancel the order and now I will be out of the country when it arrives.

I called customer service and they said they could not cancel the order, although it takes them 10-15 business days to process it.

Scout and nimble has provided a ton of decor and furnishing for my personal house and clients! They are always responsive and quick to address any issues! Love working with them!
