Excellent service. Made a claim which was dealt with swiftly and without any fuss. Bird mess had left a large mark on my bonnet. Had to take the car to a local body shop, Bonnet was resprayed which Scott's organised with the body shop. I did lose my car for three days . But all sorted. That's what I call customer service!

Great range of products at reasonable prices. Easy to navigate website. Simple to order.
Let down by delivery company. Received detail of the delivery scheduled for Friday so stayed in but order did not arrive. Delivery re-scheduled for the following Tuesday but was not able to be in. Driver did not leave card so had to contact delivery customer services. Unable to resolve the issue online so was forced to phone to re-arrange delivery!
