Unknown changes
The only thing I didn’t like was, from the last time I bought something was the spray amount has dropped from 500ml to 400ml for the same price, I didn’t hear about this change, also I couldn’t find the tyre wall shine, I am not the biggest customer but I try not to buy anywhere else

Thank You for your custom and loyalty, which we do value highly.
The 500ml range has been replaced with 400ml versions, and product descriptions updated to reflect this.
Our prices have remained unchanged for many years. More recently we reduced the point at which Postage is FOC by over £10 (down to £25).
Unfortunately, we have incurred large cost increases in virtually everything since Covid, which were not passed across with an increase ourselves.
Cans, propellants, active ingredients through to Postage surcharges have all gone up.
We made the decision not to increase pricing and FOC delivery values, but the compromise was a switch in fill size to enable this.
We hope you continue to enjoy using the products.

I ordered the car wash/protector x3 as my car was treated by Scott's from new and I don't use any other product. Had a couple of vehicles treated by them and have always been impressed.

Bird lime marks
Bird lime marks appeared on my roof. Safeguard were so helpful in rectifying this, in liaison with Henry's repair centre. An excellent job and my roof is looking great once again.

My Peugeot 308 White car was treated with this Safeguard and it looks amazing today when cleaned just like it just rolled out the showroom I would say just do it well worth it and seems to stay clean a lot longer than other cars around mine BRILLIANT TREATMENT JUST DO IT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

I haven’t ordered from this company…
I haven’t ordered from this company before so my first experience. Once my order was taken I had no acknowledgement that they had received my order, so I was left wondering if I would receive my order.
I only received a reply when they were due to deliver the product.
I received my order and the glass cleaner I ordered works very well, good product.

They sent it to the wrong address, so not happy👎👎👎
They sent it to the wrong address, I had to call Scott’s Trading to find out what had happened to my order, so I had to fetch it from the address they sent it t, so not Happy 👎👎👎👎👎.

Having reviewed, I can see this was an internal Administrative error, typing an incorrect house number on the courier label.
