We made a booking with Katrina Dawson for a "bucket list" holiday to Canada. Katrina was informative, offered us different options and was understanding of what we wanted from our holiday booking. We didn't feel any pressure to book, and Katrina wasn't trying to hard sell anything to us.
We made our booking with great confidence in what we had chosen and Katrina expressed that she was always available via email or telephone to discuss anything after the booking too.
Extremely happy with the entire process. Thank you for all you have done for us.

After dealing with a few cruise companies trying book a cruise around Japan It was nice to deal with a knowledgeable salesperson Harris Brown who went above and beyond to book a holiday of a life time for us.

The agent I spoke to listened to what I…
The agent I spoke to listened to what I had to say and researched relevant cruises to match my budget.
She gave me a quote and time to consider that. She also spoke to me in a manner that allowed me to fell I trusted her (and therefore the Co).
She didn’t need to chase up the quote as we decided to buy the cruise for which she quoted. She informed me of what to expect next and when final payment is due. She was able to answer all my question with confidence. So far, I would use Scotlands Cruise Co again .
