Absolutely fabulous

Absolutely fabulous! I finally received the Dark Knight after patiently waiting as I have been told they just swapped the courier. The scooter is as great as it's described and the staff is very helpful. Thanks!

I recently bought a Dark Knight…

I recently bought a Dark Knight scooter, although I have been told that the delivery would be 3-5 working days due to changing of couriers, I am very happy with their service and their swift response of answering my questions. The scooter is great!! I would strongly recommend buying from them.

Rubbish service

Rubbish service, no contact regarding delivery, I ordered on a Wednesday, had to chase,
Got a sob story about changing couriers, same courier delivered 6 days later.

do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere, don’t be like me and regret purchasing from these numpties, they should not be trading.

I sent it back as I found another company actually providing a service with next day delivery.

Could not recommend, totally useless.

We send a notification to all our customers once the label has been booked, if you did not get this straight away then we do apologies, you emailed us sunday and we responded back to you the next working day (monday) explaining the situation which you seemed to understand via email, today you have left us a negative review as the parcel wasnt delivered within the time frame you expected it and we have emailed you our response, to explain the reasons why however I will leave it hear so our future customers can better understand:

"Hello paul,

I can see you have left a negative review in regards to shipping, we work very hard to try and grow our brand and provide the best customer service i'm sorry you have not felt like we have, however I don't know if you run a business yourself but mistakes and delays can happen it is just life unfortunately, we have lost around £3000 worth of parcels through UPS so as i'm sure you can imagine if you was in our shoes you wouldn't want your customers to have any more parcels lost so therefore we have changed couriers last week to yodel which yes are slightly slower however they are more safer as they give better updates as to where parcels are etc to prevent parcels getting lost in the future.

I can assure you we are not numpties as you refer to and we are in fact young entrepreneurs trying to create a good business and we have worked this hard to be tarnished by your negative review, I kindly ask you to remove the review you have left as it is not very nice we have tried our very best and we don't sell rubbish, we have just had a mishap in the delivery.

Scooter broke after 2 days

Scooter broke after 2 days, bolts were loose and came undone whilst my son was riding it. Company not that helpful and dragging their feet to help. Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Would not recommend this company.

Hello Clare,

We were in contact with you throughout the whole process we had sent the images to the factory and was awaiting their response and we did make you aware of this, however, you didn't advise us that you were taking the scooter elsewhere for repair. In addition to this, we had never seen a scooter so badly damaged it wasn't the case of a loose bolt the rear of the scooter had completely snapped due to clear misuse, we are liable to manufacturer faults, but improper use and abuse of the item is something we don't accept liability for.

I am very happy with the Dark Knight…

I am very happy with the Dark Knight Scooter the service was quick & efficient.
The Scooter is Great to ride it's sturdy & I feel very safe on it it's Great fun to ride fast and a Head turner everyone comments on it as it looks so cool.🔥
It's a solid Scooter Robust quick I Love it to be honest.⚡
The customer services were also very helpful & efficient.🌟
Value for money 👌
Highly recommended ☝️

The Dark Knight is Amazing!

Had my Scoote for the past few weeks now, the Dark Knight is amazing! My order arrived on time & the build quality is spot on. I think Scoote should give me a personalised discount code, all my friends who rode the Dark Knight could not help buying one😂

I’ve already saved so much money on Ubers!

I also love the after care service which gives me the peace of mind to Scoote without worrying about damages.

EXTREMELY POORLY RUN SCAM BY A BUNCH IF KIDS

EXTREMELY POORLY RUN COMPANY. BTW I would like to point out that all of their scooters are simply bought off alibaba and rebranded. For example the “dark knight” as they like to call it is a G2 Pro Chinese scooter that costs a fraction of the price, they do not answer the phone or refund anything. Please be warned.
