Absolutely fantastic. I am very impressed with the bike in all aspects . You can't really call it assembly because it's only the light and seat you need to fit.
It does exactly what it says on the tin.
I was even more impressed with the customer service I received as there was a courier problem but my calls were immediately answered and it felt a very personal, professional service.

Ordered one of these for my nephew and accidentally put the wrong postcode in for the delivery so was worried he would not receive it in time for Christmas however customer service took care of it and were really polite and helpful.

Bought the Xiaomi Pro 2 for commuting around the city centre and its easily the best way to get around. Fast, long battery life and compacts down when being stored.

Customer team also very friendly & helpful, 5 stars.

I contacted Scoote and they gave me more info on the product than expected. For my sons height and weight they advised me to go for the cheaper model. This was surprising because usually companies oversell the expensive products but they really wanted to help.

It’s been delivered and I really can’t wait for him to get it open as he’s been asking for it all year.

Bought a pro electric scooter took over 2 weeks to come. When it finally arrived used it for 2 days and now it won’t turn on emailed them multiple times and each time a bot responded. Wasted £300 pounds

Sold me a scooter that didn't work and didn't get my money back. DONT TRUST THEM!

Sooter was rubbish did not work and wouldnt give me money back.

Then sent me a cheaper one that was rubbish.I payed 650 pound they give me 50 back and still ain't got that . Don't trust them they lie and you won't get your money back .iv been left 600 pound out of pocket livid.

I have had an amazing experience with Scoote - they have sold me 2 scooters. I originally bought the xiomi which after many months of good use i upgraded to the dark knight. I contacted scoote about my first scooter as it had a charging problem and they were really helpful as they collected my scooter and fixed it for only £20. I now have my two scooters, which both i could not fault, to use reaching speeds of 20mph and 30mph

The communication was fantastic really recommend this company.
