Happy with purchase
Happy with purchase. Bought for my daughter as Christmas present. Loved it. The only thing was the part you stand on is hard to clean as it has a hard sand type of surface where the dirt Is ground in. Any suggestions how to clean woukd be appreciated

Good deal
Didnt came with the official packaging or invoice but in a china variant but the product is original and nice. it came new with best price anywhere, saved at least 100£ compared to currys or pure.
Also nice 1-2 day delivery service. Aboutbcontacted customer service asked for my invoicr and got response fairly quick.

Brilliant delivery time and easy to locate the drivers location to make sure we were home for the delivery. The same product was almost £100 dearer with other sellers too so I will definitely be going to Scooter hub before others if I need to purchase another one. Highly recommended!

Ordered a scooter 🛵
Ordered a scooter Sunday around 5pm. Got all tracking details. They didn’t work!! Alarm bells rang. Am I been scammed again? I quickly emailed the Scooterhub to see if I got a response. Received an email in an hour. Explained to me that tracking didn’t work until my parcel arrived at APC delivery hub. Sure enough Monday I checked and they had it. Should have been Wednesday delivery. It arrived Tuesday am. Great customer service from scooterhub and great delivery from APC. Would recommend both companies ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way!!

Great price and decent delivery
Great price and decent delivery. Only downside was the tracking number didn’t work and APC (the delivery company) didn’t deliver on the designated day but it arrived within a week of order so happy enough.

Ordered a Direct max 1 e scooter from scooter hub and was with me within two days.. Nicely packaged and delivery man very helpful. Issue with the battery but emailed scooter hub and very quick response from them.. In my opinion scooter hub are a first class company.
