Delivery was delayed by a day due to…
Delivery was delayed by a day due to error with UPC at hub. Not scooter hubs fault. Also product box wasn't sealed so I had to check everything was inside. Purchase was easy and quick to be honest. Despite the day delay it was quicker than a football and pair of shoes I ordered that same day. Would order from scooter hub again.

Don’t order something unless your 100% sure you will not need to return it for any reason. They ask to take pictures of the scooter to prove you are not lying.They deduct money for returns almost £15. You will also wait ages for the refund to come back to your account. Over all terrible experience.You have been warned.

I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with our returns and refund process.
Normally this is very efficient and uncomplicated, however in your case we unfortunately had issues with our payment service that meant there was a lengthy delay in your refund.
We feel we kept you updated regularly and tried to resolve this as quickly as possible for you, unfortunately though sometimes things are beyond our control. I can assure you this was a rare case, and the reasons we request pictures of the goods before collection is arranged is to pass on to our courier team to ensure they are deemed safe for transit because of the batteries and value of the goods.
It is also our company policy to charge the postage fee for any orders that are being returned due to a change of mind.
Again we are sorry this experience was a negative one for you.

Extremely happy with Scooter Hub! I purchased a F30 Segway-Ninebot electric scooter, this was £125 cheaper than on the high street, the scooter was delivered the next day in perfect condition.
I had to contact customer service, this was for an operational question, the person I dealt with was very helpful, prompt and friendly.
I personally would recommend.
