Had a little issue with the courier tracking but after contacting scooter hub customer service they were able to quickly provide me with the information needed.
Delivery came within the timeframe that was stated whenever i purchased the item.
Very happy with the customer service. Went above and beyond to help sort my issue.

Fantastic service and amazing price, well below all other online retailers, very happy with my purchase. Website was good too, quick and easy to use and very fast delivery with a company which provides live tracking, which was helpful too. Only constructive feedback is that the box arrived covered in black dust (and it was the product box with no cardboard outer - better for environment but meant I had to wipe it down). Not enough to knock a star off though! Would buy again and have recommended to a number of others!
