Mixed experience hence 3 star. They are good on getting appointment, doing documents. Bad in many things - 1) once you paid the money you have to chase them continuously to get the documents done such as flights, hotels. 2) Frequently changes mobile numbers so that you loose track on who you were talking to. Also, main company phone number is always unreachable. 3) Main application form they put their email and phone number . Make sure you make them to put yours, else you’d mot know when your passport is ready. I almost missed my holidays as they informed that VFS said my passport is not ready where as it was ready for collection. Luckily I called and found it was ready.

I have applied to Hungary. It was a very short time and staff very professional and good job to secure the visa. Well done Afaz.

They are scammers, don’t deal with them, they scammed two of us for a Schengen visa processes, after collecting initial deposits and fake appointments promises they stopped replying messages
