Mohammed Adnan was very helpful and intelligent but the company needs to do more back up especially on taking decision from the client because I had wand to go to madina first but company change and made me to book train twice which has cost me different money. And also though was book for ziyara but went to the site alone without understanding anything about the tourism and I have to pay for someone to take me for ziyara in madina. But Adnan was always checking up.

I have been speaking with Brother Mohammad for more than a week, and throughout this time, he has been incredibly supportive, responsive, kind, and helpful.
He has genuinely spent a lot of his time helping me and has gone above and beyond to find the best possible deal for my Umrah. I truly appreciate the effort, patience, and dedication he has shown throughout the process.

Very professional and responsive team. Especially yasir who helps us through our umrah trip from visa to transport and hotels everything went smoothly. They supported us through the whole trip if we needed any help, would definitely recommend Especially for someone going to umrah first time.

Very disappointing experience with Safar e Makkah. The service agent Laiba and their manager Hamza were extremely unprofessional and extreme liar. We were promised one thing before payment and then the reality was completely different. Communication became difficult and important details kept changing. I felt misled and honestly scammed. I would not recommend booking with these scammers based on my experience.

By the grace of Almighty and for the best support from Safar e makkah specially Fatima,we done our first umrah, Alhamdulillah.I found umrah venture in Facebook then I spoke to Fatima, I was bit confused to trust anyone but she is amazing, she assured me in every way and she support me a lot,Allah bless her and thanks to Hamja and all team member as well.I truly appreciate Fatima, she done a great job ,without any hassle Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah we done our first umrah. We took full package with tickets, visa and hotel, she managed a good tickets with her hard work and their transport was also very good, but in makkah hotel was the best but far away we had to face a little difficult because we went in busy time like last time of Ramadan, but to be honest in madina hotel was poor service, but good thing it was very close to madina just two minutes waking, after all all service was good on behalf of Fatima, thanks agian.

I booked Umrah with Safar E Makkah with agent Laiba and just came back last week. Alhamdullilah she arranged everything for us with the help of Humza. We went as a family of 13 including few children. We had no problems throughout any part of our journey, everything was excellent. Laiba organised our flights, Hotel, Transport, Visa and ziyarat. Full pacakage and she was available with her team 24/7 with any issues or enquiries. We had direct flights from London to Makkah with Saudia airline and had no problems. Our hotels were great both in Makkah and Madina, Laiba upgraded the hotels last minute as a better offer was given to them. Communication was really good with her and the team. Very welcoming no and friendly team who work with you and find suitable deals according to your needs, will recommend to others and will use them again next year when we go back Insha Allah. Transport was very good from airports to Makkah and then to Madina and everything in between, on time always and know exactly where to take you.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Laiba for organised and arranging our Umrah, our family and myself are very happy we had a good time and everything was fine.
