I found samples I particularly wanted…
I found samples I particularly wanted on Scentley's site. Royal Mail sent my package around the UK before it finally arrived about eight weeks later. (This was not a reflection of Scentley as the address details were perfectly clear). Scentley were very helpful and provided a refund. I would not hesitate to use the company again.

Nothing but a whole scam
Absolutely ridiculous scam how are they charging £75.99 for a a 10ml Kayali wedding silk spray when the actual spray for 50ml costs less from the original Kayali website absolutely baffling so had to report this website to the original Kayali Website which they are now investigating this supposedly fragrance website that are scamming customers using their brand name and products, pretty sure that the reason they have ratings is most likely cause employees are definitely doing it them selves by the looks of the comments surprised why this business hasn’t been reported for fraud and taken down, the audacity from this company is wild given their responses. [Update: the response is just as ridiculous what do you mean premium rarity, its a scam, and its just simply out of stock and not discontinued first and foremost]

Fake creed perfume was sent
Fake perfume was sent. I paid £34 for 10 mls of creed’s green Irish tweed. I have owned this perfume before, and thought I was getting a decanted sample. It was yellow and didn’t smell like green Irish tweed. Please see the creed website 240 ml size for the actual colour. Don’t waste your money here, they are scammers. Edit: the sample I was sent is much more yellow than the 240 ml bottle. It looks like cooking oil. This perfume doesn’t come in a 250 ml size. You couldn’t even get the size right. I’m sending the sample to trading standards.

Our team is made up of people who have a deep passion for perfumes and we only pursue this hobby to share our love for fragrances with like-minded individuals. Under no circumstances would we ever sell fake perfumes.
Regarding the color of the perfume, Creed's Green Irish Tweed does appear yellowish in colour, you can confirm this by looking at displayed 250ml or 500ml bottles of Creed Green Irish Tweed on the Creed website. Where you can witness it has the same colour as the one we provided you with. This variation in color is perfectly normal and does not indicate a fake product. We can assure you that the authenticity of our products is our top priority.
We understand that purchasing perfumes online can sometimes be concerning. To address this, we are more than happy to provide pictures of the perfume and the receipt for any product you are interested in. Transparency is important to us, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

I want to preface this review by stating I have worked in the fragrance industry for the last 10 years and have worked with and purchased samples from a range of fantastic retailers with excellent customer service. This was my first and last time purchasing from Scentley.
I ordered two samples. On initial spray of the larger sample, the sprayer became completely stuck down. Due to the nature of my work, I own spare bottles and sprayers and considered replacing the sprayer with one of my own but the sprayer is completely stuck and after myself, several colleagues and my husband tried to pull this back up, I gave up and contacted Scentley and asked them to send a replacement sample. It took 2 days for them to respond. Rather than send a replacement, they suggested sending me a replacer sprayer. I explained this was not a solution as I had already tried to replace the sprayer myself. After waiting 5 days for a response (3 working days) they advised they would only resend me a new sample if I send back the faulty one.
At the time, I assumed this would be at my own cost as there was no mention of providing a prepaid label for me to return this. I wrote a review on Trustpilot expressing my frustration and following this, I received an email from Scentley, who I assume to be from somebody more senior, apologising for the confusion. They stated that they would have provided a prepaid return label. This was not made clear initially.
They advised they would send me a replacement sample without the need for me to return the broken sample as a gesture of goodwill in return for me deleting or editing my review on Trustpilot.
I am still awaiting the replacement. I hope I will receive this however, due to the frustrating experience, I will still likely not repurchase from this retailer.
UPDATE: As of 9th May, no further communication and no replacement sample received.

The samples are pretty good and legit . I ordered jpg paradise garden and lattafa khamrah and both where good and the size of the bottles was reasonable shipping was alright it took 5 days for the samples to arrive
