Easily the worst storage experience I've ever had. The company and individuals are incredibly difficult to communicate with, never came through on time with anything they said they would and needed constant chasing to complete anything, yet hounded me incessantly and rudely on the occasion they wanted something from me (this was asking me to move my items into the container which was a month overdue being ready for me). They lost items and never made any attempt to make up for them, or even apologise. Even worse, they allocated me a unit considerably smaller than what the contract stated. It had huge metal beams intersecting the space, making it incredibly difficult to use. The space beyond the beams was useless for the majority of the items I had in there. I thought it seemed smaller than expected but it wasn't until I measured it that the truth was revealed. It was 25% smaller than contracted. When I confronted them about it, and obviously had to chase them up for a response, they made no apology or attempt to rectify the inconvenience, or repay me for the extra space they were charging for. When I'd had enough and moved elsewhere, they had the cheek to try and charge me for the remainder of the contract they had (and admitted they had) broken. When I pointed out that the amount they'd overcharged me was more than what they were asking, they didn't mention it again and said I was free to end the contract. I never missed a payment, or was even late paying on any occasion during my time using the facility. I assume they treat all honest customers like this but can only speak from my experience: Ineptitude, blatant deception, gross negligence and essentially, a horrible company I had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

We needed storage in a hurry as a new couch was arriving before we sold the old one. SCA were fabulous and organised next day storage at 4 50pm on Friday evening! Containers are clean and dry and very secure. We will definitely be using them again :)

Popped down to SCA Doncaster after a friend recommended it and glad I did. The team were welcoming and made everything simple. The place feels tidy and secure, and it’s been handy having the extra space while sorting out the house.

First time I have had the need to use a storage unit, SCA Storage was recommended by the Romoval Company I used during my recent house move, and must say my experience with SCA has been faultless. From signing up for my unit, through to my recent ending of my storage contract, the service has been five star. Units are clean and tidy, entry and exit to the storage site is straight forward but very secure, and above all the staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly. Happy to recommend.

Fantastic service start to finish. The website is easy to follow and able to select the size you want. Customer service online and especially in person at reception makes your experience a smooth process. The 24/7 access with security and your personal code has really helped me with the house move and the storage unit was easy to access.
