Good afternoon Josh,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
I am sorry to hear this has occurred with the original order and the replacement as all our jewellery is quality checked prior to being shipped to ensure these circumstances do not occur.
We can certainly have the order replaced if you wish to return which we would fully cover the costs for or alternatively it can be exchanged for an alternative item.
If you wish to discuss further please do not hesitate to contact us free on 0800 97 88 111, e-mail us at mail@scarletocean.com or alternatively use our live chat service Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (GMT).
