I was not disappointed with the ring I ordered. It looked far more expensive then it actually was. I also used a £5 voucher on my first purchase which made it even better value. Delivery was unbelievable quick.

Ordered a product, waited for it to arrive, the wrong product arrived, contacted the seller, they advised to return the product and order a different one, I ordered a second ring that I did not want but was too close to the birthday to find something else.

Not good value for money
Pendant is tiny (slightly smaller than a 5p coin and much thinner that I had expected. The star diagram is good but very hard to see which means that anyone who wishes to look at it has to get uncomfortably close to my chest. It’s diminutive size and thinness of the pendant are what takes away two stars. Had it been the size of a 10p and it being thicker would have seen more stars awarded. I don’t consider that at £40 this pendant is value for money.

Good afternoon Fiona,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the pendant size which you are correct in stating is smaller than a 5 pence piece in diameter by 3 mm which is provided within the 'Item Details' section for the product.
Your comments are greatly appreciated and will certainly be used to help improve our overall customer experience in the future, however, if you should require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist.

Perfect Earrings. I had been looking for something different, reasonably priced and good quality. Order came well packed but not sealed, tracked and quickly. I definitely would recommend people have a look at this site for originality and excellent service.
