A good sales lady!

They take deposite £500 abd i can't even look car i give them deposite . From 1 year im chaseing for my deposite and they keep promise that they gonna give me back now is year im still waiting for my deposite nothing happend im still fighting for it . Please care ful some one pay deposite they not nice people . Even staff not reply your call this my hard working money i will take back they got my recipet and everything they need Please careful guys.

The feeling I got when dealing with Saxtons was a typical car dealership, get the customer in, and get the car out as quickly as possible. I had to insist about a few days delay in picking the car up, which shouldn’t have been the case. They are a very quick turnaround company, which feels like it is commission driven, and get the customer out the door. They need to think about the customer experience more.

Great online detail provided for the vehicle. Great customer service Ismail and Jenna. The transaction was very smooth. Would recommend & buy from them again.

I bought a Defender 110 from Saxtons, my second vehicle from them, and the whole team were fantastic throughout but especially Ish who took me through the process seamlessly and painlessly!

Jenna and Ish were really friendly and helpful. Delighted with my new car, would recommend!

On the day we picked up our range rover
It had damage to the rear bumper and dents in both sides on the doors tiean was Lovley and said she would put the defects right 10 days later the car was delivered still with the dents. And a poor repair some kind of smart repair to the bumper
The driver was a lovely guy spoke to teain again she’s said either take it from Leeds to Chelmsford and they would repair it or I arrange the repair and send them the invoice she said she would email this over the email never came so I’m going to pay for it myself it’s a real shame we buy a lot off cars each year and I truly expected better from them the cars is a really in great condition except the body work which they told me had been damaged by there drivers moving vehicles around when you pay 83 k for a car you would not expect this we have phots off the damage both at the dealers and on the transporter out side our house so there’s no getting away from it

Purchase two vehicles of you first purchase, not a problem second one quite a lot of effort

We recently had to book our car in with Aftersales and only thought it fitting to leave a positive review due to such a great experience dealing with a gentleman call Louis Hayes.
when we needed some help/guidance in getting an issue with our car sorted. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went out of his way to fit us in and get the car looked at as quickly as possible for such a more than reasonable price. He was absolutely amazing!!

Louis kept everything straightforward and made the whole process much less stressful. Most importantly, the car is now fixed and working perfectly.

We really appreciated the level of service and the effort he made to help us. A big thank you to Loui, an absolute credit to Saxton 4x4 and someone we would happily recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with service
They did not asked me how much I want to pay for reservations
They charged me £1000 and said they can’t refund me bcoz I no more want to buy with them

They should have deducted their admin charges and paid rest of my hardwork money

Without any purchase I have paid them £1000 for nothing

Mo and Andy were so unbelievable helpful in getting my new car, any questions or reservations I had they would go out the way to find out the answer for me to help me out, I never normally write reviews but the customer service was one of the best I have received I just had too, I will be coming back in the future to them when I will get another car, couldn’t recommend enough.👌🏽
