Absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my new defender at Saxtons. Nothing was too much trouble for sunny sending pictures/videos of my new car keeping in contact regularly as I was travelling a few hours for my purchase.
Collection went smoothly and stress free with the help of Jenna, who took time to explain and answer all the questions I had. Fantastic experience at saxtons would highly recommend.

Callan & Aymane were ace … came in for a look around and in less than 24 hours drove away in my dream car.

I recently got a new BMW from Sunny and Jenna at Saxtons. They were so helpful when it came to me picking my next car. They knew everything, and wanted the best for the customer. I can’t give enough credit for the vehicle handover turnaround. I came in on the Saturday and by the Monday everything was prepped and I went away with my dream car. Amended- I wrote this review 5/10/26 I can confirm 20/10/26 you did replace the wheels...however this took a total of 24 phonecalls, I was either ignored or you failed to return calls. This is unacceptable customer service. I am still waiting for the alignment report that I requested on the day, as unfortunately have no faith this was completed, my concern confirmed driving home when the car was pulling to one side.
Regarding the noise when locking....not sure being told by Beth in your garage "its not covered under warranty" and that "you bought a second hand car what do you expect" is attending to my concerns!! Would you feel satisfied receiving this level of customer service after spending over £20,000 on a car that you bought only a few weeks ago. Doubtful. Hence I will never buy and urge others to think twice from buying from Saxtons in the future.

very busy but were seen fairly quickly. Mo was very helpful and car was fine. Not able to purchase on the day as we are moving home. Will go back to them.

Ali was very prompt with his replies via email, answering all my questions ( & Im not an easy customer when it comes to car buying!) A journey that should have taken us 2.5 hours took us just over 4, meaning we missed Ali. However, greeted by Andy & Sunny. Very friendly & easy transaction.

This time I booked another car for 90 k and gave a deposit of 1000.00
We couldn’t buy this car because your
Finance company charge 14.9 apr
Which we couldn’t afford

You never send the deposit back

After 2 months I came to buy the latest car and I told your staff I would pay 30 k
Balance on finance

I also told them my deposit of 1000.00
With you

But your staff told me immediately that they cannot give that deposit back

I got angry after so many arguments

They agreed to give the refund on the condition that I buy this car

At the end, I bought this car

I feel it’s a shame you are a big reputable company and your staff behaves like cowboys

After all these issues no one from your firm apologised

I will not recommend another person to your company

The staff were very helpful from the moment I drove into their workshop to part-exchange my old car to the moment I drove my new car out of their garage.

Lovely sales lady we dealt with. All very prompt, efficient and professional

Not sure where to start .
I’m hopping the owners know what’s going ?
The salesman or the manager . The complaints department or after sales ?
All say something different .
It’s long story.
Salesman say one thing , than the sales manager says another . Than when you think you due to sign up paper work and collect a vehicle . They come up with something to rip you off.
Don’t trust this company .
Salesman and the sales manager do come up with biggest lies as if people are stupid .
I can’t mention names here but maybe I should ?
I tried to purchase £ 63.5 k vehicle .
After a week of promises , not only the tell you something we know is called “ lies” . But they insist you are stupid.
They came up with damage on a part exchange £ 2 k on the spot .
And when I provided the evidence , they said they would provide a report but they didn’t ,cos they couldn’t face the truth.
Stay away from this company .
By the way they promised my deposit back next day, it took four days .

I found Saxtons responded quickly and gave a valuation on my current car as a guide, which really helped in deciding my next car purchase.

Alvin was a really good sales executive if not rushed off his feet on the day we viewed the car. He was polite, friendly, efficient and helpful, and worked hard to provide a fair price for my part exchange and a good deal on my new vehicle. Although I was a little disappointed with some aspects of how the new car was presented in the show room he did what he could to get things rectified. Alvin supported totally to get the deal done. The after sales team were really good in returning something I’d left in my old car.
I would recommend Saxtons based on my experience. Thanks

Purchased a car from Saxtons a month ago.
Was lied to about everything.
Left untold messages with the sales manager but no one will call me back,
Mentally they have given me nothing but stress and anxiety!!!!
I wanted to return the car within 14 days but was told no by the finance company!!!
Crooks!!

Sales was smooth and efficient. Aftersales was sadly lacking when within 24 hrs the car failed to start. Offered me collection of car but would have to wait 8 days with a failed car. Recovery to Landrover specialist who fixed problem for £150. Took 6 days before Saxtons agreed to refund yet clearly within my legal rights.Funding not for another 5-7 working days. Not good experience.
