Appalling customer service , poor product
Had another delivery of 3 for gifts , they were delivered lovely until i opened main black package to find them machine shredded Not degradable wear as per excuse from customer service along with " no refund" to which i did not ask for . I just needed help replacing items as i could not present as gifts in current state . But No !
Shockingly they were sighned off on packing !!!?. I want nothing from this place.

After receiving your previous email, we responded to explain that the outer packaging used for our products is biodegradable, which can occasionally become damaged during transit.
We also offered to arrange a return and explained our current exchange process as you mentioned the sizing ordered was incorrect. Unfortunately we didn't receive a response to that offer.

The customer service was exceptional when l needed to exchange an item for a different size. It was quick and easy. the shirts l ordered for my wedding were amazing quality and great value too.

Very very disappointed
Very very disappointed. I bought myself two extra slim fitting shirts a coupe a weeks ago. The first thing I noticed was they were not actually that slim fitting, let alone extra slim fitting. The arms on the shirts feel like they are from a normal shirt and they are massive. Over the past 2 weeks, which only equates to wearing them twice, I now now have loose threads in multiple places. They don’t iron half as well as some of the cheaper shirts I wear and the fabric feels cheap. I would definitely not purchase from this company again.
