The shirt stitching came away from the cuff after wearing once. Really poor quality

Bow Tie - not as good as expected. First, it wasn't clear from the product description that the bow tie was adjustable - I had to infer it. Second, the degree of adjustability was too small - it could not be shortened enough for a 15.5 inch neck.

I didn't like the presentation or packaging. I bought a really nice shirt as a gift but was extremely disappointed in the packaging. It arrived loosely folded in a polythene bag with no card insert or clips. There was no option to order a gift box when I ordered so I assumed like other shirt companies like Charles Tyrwhitt it came as standard. I contacted Savile Row and was told the company did not provide them. I searched for suitable gift boxes for shirts on line and found a Savile Row box on ebay for which I had to pay £10

Bought a pair of moccasin slippers just two months ago and noticed that the sole is coming away from upper slipper having checed again the same is happening to the other slipper. Due to the bad quality, i the customer have to organise returns etc, Do not buy Navy Microsuede Moccasin Slippers. I doubt i will buy anything again, one to go wrong could just be a glitch but two is jsut bad quality
