It took almost a month to deliver the shirt. The fit didnt work and the refund option doesnt include mail options. So i have to find mail service to send back the product, the cost of which is half the price of the item I bought!!
I expected a much better service with a home pick-up and return serbice like all other quality stores.

Quality product
Quick delivery of a well made shirt wanted for my daughters wedding. Although I didn't keep the shirt, it was only because the pattern in the weave was not to my liking but would recommend buying from the company anyway.

Excellent Customer service
I recently purchased dress shirt studs from Saville Row -I am very pleased with them but I stupidly lost one of the stud backing screws. I contacted them by phone (speaking to a real person!) explaining my problem and they immediately sent my out a replacement. Good to get this sort of personal service these days. Recommended.
