SaveCo Online Omdömen

Great customer service by Asma. Thank you we really appreciate your efforts you are a great asset to the team

Excellent customer service. You are able to amend/add to your order within 4 hours of placing your order. I contacted cust. Service asking for delivery to be avoided on a certain day. My email was actioned on a Sunday and forwarded onto the online sales team. I got a call the next working day to confirm this and also they let me know some items were out of stock and alternatives were offered.
I emailed the team 2 days later as I hadn't received an email to say my items had been dispatched. Again this was actioned straight away and I got a response within a few hours after they checked with the dispatch team.
The items arrived all well packed with plenty of ice blocks (frozen food). Highly recommend this company.
Big thanks to Amraz for responding to my emails and the lady who called me to let me know some items weren't available.

My first visit to the place. Very friendly and polite staff especially Asma who greeted me and helped me with my shopping.
All staff very caring and helpful.
In shaa Allah will definitely shop there again.
I was also offered shopping on line and home delivery as well.
Many Thanks

Hi it’s sannah. I would like to give this company good reviews as they always help me out to get my delivery to my home sooner due to weather conditions snowing/ icy windy and I was snowed in so Asma helped me out to get order to my home early… best service I will always order from them as they meat/ chickens are always clean fresh etc

First time in store, made welcome by staff as we stepped through the door, well stocked shop, all staff very polite and Mahejbin on the till was especially nice

I placed an online order with save co, and it was a seamless experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found everything I needed. My order arrived on time, and all the items were fresh and packed securely. The delivery driver was polite and professional. I’ll definitely be using their online service again.
Asma was amazing, she made sure my order was delivered before the time that was given. Thank you Asma

I have moved out of Bradford now but was pleased to see from the website that Saveco delivers outside the immediate area. I ordered late on a Friday night and the delivery arrived the next day! I did not think it would be so fast. The delivery driver was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was something I ordered which was out of stock but I was quickly refunded so that was fine. I only ordered halal meat and I stocked up and put lots in the freezer. I’d definitely order again from SaveCo.
