I had puchased an item in September and noticed yesterday in my credit card details that an amount of 49.99 euro was withdrawn each month since then. When I contacted them on chat, I found out that I apparently registered as VIP member during my purchase! Probably when i clicked the checkbox purchase terms and conditions. This is a total rip off. They of course will not return my money.

I ordered 2 bras which were lovely, however I have been on hold for over an hour as I’m wanting to close my membership which I didn’t realise I’d taken out, there is currently £49.95 pending in my account to go to this company, DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY THERE AWFUL,

So, the VIP membership is a scam. I don't even know where to start with all the pitfalls and tricks as well as inconveniences that savage x Fenty has incorporated in this membership option, but it is astonishing how far the level of money-hungry, money-gaining atrocities against customers is pushed here by the company. In general, nice lingerie, I mean despite the fact that Rihanna's ethics image is a cheap cover-up for the fact that literally nothing about production ethics, environmental protection, labor and wages, etc can be found and it's not looking good anyways. The insights are described as nearly as unethical and blank spaced as 'shein'. So consider twice if you even want to engage with a brand like this. Do not subscribe to the VIP membership for its offers, it will be rarely beneficial to you. The only good experiences, and the reason I am writing a mild review now next to that I can't put any more energy in trying to escape this company's selling, is that the customer service gals and women were extremely nice! Especially the ones on the phone. Although I enjoyed my convos with them, I would've really loved to be able to avoid the need for all the assistance to get out of this scammy thing they got going on. With no due respect to Rihanna, Idk what she is doing in this brand and how much she is involved, but it does not draw a nice image of her, how she presents this product, and how madly unacceptable, exploitative, unmonitored, intransparent, rip-off blablabla it is. Thumbs down for most of it.

The products and their quality is very good! The website is very easy to navigate and order. But not so good in exchanging/returning. I have experienced some bugs when I tried to return items. I had to contact the costumer service couple of times for initiating a return/exchange or to get the correct return label. Their costumer service is top, though. I had great experience (via chat), very helpful and fast.
