Impeccable customer service and communication! Krizza has been helping us to work through some hiccups with our sauna order. She communicated in super timely manner, respectful and very helpful. In the end we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend working with Nordica Sauna company.

Excellent so far
So far so good. I was researching saunas and it got pretty confusing. I reached out to Nordic sauna and they responded right away and answered every questions I had and there were a lot of them. No pressure to buy just making sure I was an informed consumers. My sauna is ordered and we look forward to it getting here.

Highly recommended
I bought a 3 person Sauna and everything went very smoothly. There was an issue with one of the touchscreens after setup, and the support to get a new one was great. I’d recommend buying from here for sure.

Their customer service is best in class!!!
I damaged some cables and fuses installing my sauna and didn't know what to do. I messaged their customer service team and Ez from their support team jumped right on it. Ez was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I only ordered what I actually needed. Ez worked with their engineers to verify everything was right. I needed the parts right away and Ez got expedited shipping for me. I had such a great experience with Ez and Nordic Sauna and would HIGHLY recommend them!

Great customer service. The sauna is amazing. Do be aware if you get the tri sauna like the Finnmark FD-4 Trinity the IR is plug in direct to outlet but the rock heater requires direct wire so may need electrician for install to use that feature.
