I booked a flight for my family in 17th Dec, payed and had ticket issued, then suddenly in november my app had no tickets, I emailed saudia airlines but had not response until now. i had to re-book my whole family ticket again wih Ethihad airline. Wont book any tickets with Saudi again. Its the worst for communication, not had any response until now.

J’ai voyagé une vingtaines de fois avec Saudi Airlines, c’est la meilleure compagnie aérienne avec Qatar Airways, l’équipage est très aimable, même en economy c est confortable.
Rien à redire pour moi ce sont les meilleurs.

Des voleurs. J’ai voyagé avec cette compagnie l’été dernier lors de vol, long-courrier avec escales. Dans un premier temps mon bagage a été oublié à l’aéroport de départ, il n’a jamais embarqué dans le premier avion. J’ai donc du pour les quatre premiers jours sans mon bagage, faire des achats de première nécessité. Cependant, je n’ai jamais obtenu de réponse ou bien de remboursement pour ces achats. J’ai envoyé une multitude de mails, rempli plusieurs fois, leur questionnaire sur le site Internet, je n’ai jamais reçu une seule réponse.
Lost baggage
They lost my baggage in Jeddah and they didn’t give me any reference number and they’re not taking any complaint further one of the worst flight ever. I will never travel again with this flight.

Subject: Formal Compensation & Expense Reimbursement Claim – Flight SV117 (JED–LHR) Cancellation
Dear Saudia Customer Relations,
I am writing to formally claim compensation and reimbursement following the cancellation of Flight SV117 from Jeddah to London Heathrow on 11 December.
At the scheduled time of departure, the flight was cancelled without adequate assistance or care being provided to passengers.
Failures by Saudia Airlines:
· No food or refreshments were provided for approximately 16–17 hours
· No hotel or accommodation was arranged
· I was forced to sleep on the airport floor
· Ground staff and management refused to assist or properly address the situation
· Only selected passengers were later provided food/accommodation, while others (including myself) were told that “rooms were finished”
· This unequal and negligent treatment caused significant distress
Worse than EasyJet / Ryan Air
This flight was booked on my behalf for business and I’ll never ever book Saudia ever again. The app doesn’t even work, the emails don’t have clickable buttons that work, the whatsapp is just a bot that asks you to download the app, the call centre tell you to call the call centre (no sense), Saudia say they can’t help with upgrades, you email and they close your tickets. It’s honestly a shambles. As someone who has flown with all airlines, trust me stick to Emirates, Qatar even if it costs £££ more, at least you won’t waste time with trying to get help - HELP DOES NOT EXIST.

My baggage was damaged from Jeddah to Milan MXP. Immediately filed a report and got a report no. and confirmation of damage report. That was 23rd Nov 2025. Only has the report and nothing else, tried various way to contact Saudia and realised there is just no way to contact them. U google and their contact email is "not found" U use their chat, it is AL and gives idiotic replies. You file feedback and their reply was, looking into it and next, you received a email your case is now CLOSED. But you received no information at all.
DO consider carefully if you want to book this airline, should you encounter a problem, you seriously cannot get in touch with them at all.
Service on board is bad in business class, They are just not up to it. This is an airline that make sure you have no way to contact them at all. Seriously, how can an airline behaves this way? Their so called whatsapp chat will redirect you to their AL chat box again and again you get IDIOTIC AI replies. When they said connect you to an agent, that agent will quickly refer you back to their FAQ and closed the chat before you can even ask the next question. And so, l am left with no answer to my damaged baggage report and l cannot claim my travel insurance as they want the airlines report and guess what, no way you can contact Saudia airlines. do you want to risk going on such a flight? l find it amazing that a National carrier is capable of making sure they are NOT contactable in anyway.
Just when you thought you finally received a reply when you filed a complaint/feedback on your case, they reply they had received your email and next, horror...they CLOSED your case in the next email reply without resolving the issue at all.
so now, l am left with a broken baggage and no way to reply my insurance company as Saudia Airline simply DO NOT EXIST.

A real 5 star airline with touch…
A real 5 star airline with touch sensitive infotainment, gift bags for kids, delicious meals, and bring given disposable tooth brush and toothpaste asking with socks and eye cover. This was a standard for all classes. Very impressive.

I travel regularly with Saudi for trips between UAE and KSA, and have nothing but great experiences. The Airline has always been on time, or made up the lost time during the flight. Always friendly staff and an easy check-in. The price is somewhat reasonable. I recommend booking with Saudia when suitable.

My name is Qasim Abbas. I had booked multiple tickets for my Umrah pilgrimage, with my departure scheduled for Sunday, 23rd November 2025, on a Saudi Airlines flight. I arrived in Jeddah on the same date at approximately 11:00 PM. I stayed in Saudi Arabia for three days before my onward flight to Dubai.
During the flight to Dubai on 27th November, I fell asleep and, upon waking shortly before landing, discovered that I was unable to move my right arm. The following day, after landing in Dubai, I sought medical attention; the doctor prescribed medication and painkillers. Despite my efforts to alleviate the pain, it persisted for several days. I returned to the doctor twice more, but no medication proved effective. During my stay in Dubai, I used a painkiller spray which provided only temporary relief.
On my return journey, my connecting flight from Riyadh was scheduled for 2nd December. Due to the ongoing pain, I approached a member of staff at the Saudi Airlines desk, seeking assistance. Unfortunately, her response was unprofessional and rude. When I asked for help, she responded dismissively and rudely, which I found unacceptable. I did not verbally react at that moment but expressed my frustration later, indicating that her conduct was inappropriate. She then spoke to me in Arabic and called airport staff and police, which led to the cancellation of my flight.
I kindly request the authorities to allow me to continue my journey, as I had not done anything wrong— I was merely seeking assistance. Despite my explanation and a request not to be charged, the staff did not listen. The supervising staff member later arrived and questioned me; I explained that I had been prevented from boarding through their actions. I was made to wait for police for approximately three to four hours. When the police arrived, I explained my side of the story, and they reviewed CCTV footage. The police remarked that it was a misunderstanding and advised I could book another flight and proceed.
Following this, I collected my luggage from a different terminal, which was a strenuous process and caused significant shoulder pain as I had to carry my trolley. The staff were aware of my discomfort but did not offer assistance. I subsequently booked a Turkish Airlines flight and returned to the UK. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend work that day due to the cancellation and injury.
Prior to arriving in the UK, I had arranged a taxi, which I paid £100 for, but due to the cancellation, I did not arrive as scheduled. Upon returning to the UK, I visited a hospital where an X-ray confirmed that I had fractured my collarbone, likely caused by lifting or pushing heavy luggage or due to my fall during the incident.
I believe this situation was exacerbated by the unprofessional behaviour and communication barriers with some staff at Saudi Airlines, which led to this injury. As a result of this injury, I am unable to work and undertake daily activities.
I am requesting compensation for missing my flight, the manner in which I was treated, and the injuries sustained. Specifically, I seek justice for the broken collarbone and the distress caused.

I upgraded in a business flight one way from Cairo to London via Jeddah & was put on economy seat because they forget apparently that the business class to Jeddah was overbooked .then my hand luggage just disappeared after a ground staff assistant just walked away with it and I was told I will find it in Jeddah and it will sent as luggage . A bug lie by the flight supervisor. They took 1400 USD for the upgrade and just disappeared!
Again in Jeddah I was lied to and told it’s been checked in and loaded to your connection flight and you can collect at your final destination..Saudia airline big

Saudis desk in Cairo run by thieves and crooks , who can steal your cabin suitcase and get away with it .
Be careful people of Saudis . Don’t be fooled by their welcoming & hypocrisy, they will sell you down the river soon as something goes wrong . They will never respond to your emails , you will fond no one to talk to . I flew on the 8 October 2025 by the way if anyone from the airline has the dignity and the face or even a brass neck to respond to prove me wrong .

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service! i cannot access my Al Fursan account and there is no help available. The customer service person gave me a phone number that doesn't work. The chat bot takes you round and round in circles without resolving your issue and without being able to speak to a real human being. Appalling service.
Second rate - pales compared with Qatar or Emirates
Onboard experience is acceptable with nice staff and relatively modern fleet. However, website and frequent flyer website are utterly abysmal. Not fit for purpose and utterly embarrassing. Waste your time with the lack of functionality and the ridiculous SMS with code that never sends an SMS so you can't modify/cancel the flight.
Awful flight attendants
The flight to Saudi was great and so were the staff. Unfortunately,the return journey that started off as a good experience at Jeddah airport, was ruined in-flight by 3 very rude and unprofessional staff who deliberately seemed to keep ignoring us. Saudi Airlines do something about Sulis ( she said that was her name), Mohamed and Faisal who attended to our side of the plane on the 4.45pm SV 117 flight from Jeddah to London on 07.12.25.

My worst flight experience
My worst flight experience. My journey was Amsterdam-Nairoby, via Jedah flight sv214 on monday 1 december, due to delay, Jedah-Nairobi was rebooked.
My luggage did not come to Nairobi.
On 2 dec. I was in airobi and received message from SA to pick up my suit case in Jedah!
I filled in delayed luggage, both online and in Nairobi airport. Asking to send it to my hotel, or after 5 dec. to Holand, my home address.
On 3 december they said they will send it to Holand.
On 6 dec, after I traveled back to Holand, they sent luggage to Nairobi.
I sent message that they must send it to Holand.
On 8 dec. Got message that they sent it to a hotel that l already left. Crazy
When are you people going to respond on…
When are you people going to respond on our complaint 1428148.
When are waiting for more then a month and nobody replayed at OLL. This is not service, this is amateur behaving. Fix our complaint
Constant cancellations
Avoid them at all cost. They cancelled our flights 3 times so far and mean both me and my Mrs have now missed a week of work. The worse part is they don't even care, the worst budget airlines even say sorry at least. Gives you an idea why Saudi is such a failed state.
An absolute fiasco
An absolute fiasco. Worst airline in the world. I would pay double the cost and fly with an alternate airline. If there was an option I would have given a Zero rating.
Multiple cancellations and no one to talk to or discuss anything. Left me snd my wife stuck for days with cancellation after cancellation after cancellation. Stay away. They are worst than budget airlines in making money cancelling flights and not bothered about what happens with the travellers.
