I work in a dental clinic and we use airpurifiers daily.
On paper the saturn airpurifier is impressive.
I like the fact it can connect to google assistant/ hubs - the problem is that it very often loses connection with the wifi and you then need to reset the whole thing via the app, I find myself having to do this almost daily. So really wifi connectivity is useless here.

Otherwise it is a pretty machine but it is noisy even on the lowest setting. The machines at work (cost only £100 more) are much much more quiet. I chose saturn because of the wifi connectivity - shame it doesn't work reliably.

Decided on this product as it had good reviews. It’s not noisy & really does the job. It looks stylish, was competitively priced & was a quick delivery.

My first air purifier has been running for 17 months now and my 2nd for 12 and they have had to work hard in this busy, multidog household and have been doing pretty well but now, despite regular cleaning they quickly tip into the 'dirty air' mode and run hard so I NEED to replace the filters. Which is where it all falls apart.
1. There is no ability to purchase replacement filters from their website.
2. Their FAQ says they email you at 15 months with a link to purchase a filter - I have had no such email.
3. They are virtually impossible to contact. They do not answer their phone, Webchat is not interactive - they ask you to leave your email address but don't get back to you, and Webchat is frequently offline completely, and they do not respond to emails at all.
I am resorting to downgrading what had been a 5 star review to a 1 star in the vain hope that it might make someone actually respond so that I can purchase replacement filters, and go back to being happy with my purchase and having clean air - instead of now wishing I'd bought from BlueAir ...

Bought a Saturn Air Purifier last year (Oct 2020) and have been running it in the sitting room ever since. It really has improved the air quality,in fact we were so impressed that we bought another for the bedroom. The sleep mode is pretty quiet - tho does make a low background level ‘white noise’ - but no lights show and it is quiet enough to leave on overnight.
Company have been pretty easy to deal with, they only take orders when they have stock and they despatch quite quickly. Only criticism is minor but they do need to get better at responding to the online chat - accept that they were probably overwhelmed with enquiries due to the pandemic but customers do expect a timely response and an interactive conversation.

BE CAREFUL THIS IS A SCAM I'M OPENING CASE WITH PAYPAL AND CONTACTING THE POLICE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE THEY BLOCKED ME ON THE CHAT AND DON'T REPLY TO EMAIL. MY CALLS WERE REJECTED AND ANY CONTACT WITH THEM WAS CEASED AFTER THE MONEY WERE SENT. THEY HAVE ONLY CONTACTED ME AFTER I HAVE OPENED CASE ON PAYPAL AND MINUTES AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW. THEY WERE NOT ANSWERING TO MY EMAILS, CHAT OPTION DISSAPPEARED FROM MY DEVICE WHILE STILL BEING AVAILABLE ON MY FRIENDS PHONE, AND THE CALLS WERE REJECTED.

FILTER IS NOT LABELLED AS HEPA AND THEY DENIE TO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE FOR BOTH FILTER AND BEING MEDICAL GRADE. ITEM ARRIVED SCRATCHED AND WITH QUESTIONABLE PERFORMANCE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T PROVIDE CERTIFICATES. THEY OFFER ME 100£ FOR RETURNING AIR Purifier. I WISH I COULD UPLOAD SCREENSHOT OF MY EMAIL HERE WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY REFUND ME UPON DELETION OF THIS REVIEW HERE. JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO THE RESEARCH ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASING, THIS IS NOT HEPA FILTER, WHY THESE FILTERS ARE NOT ON THEIR SITE TO BE PURCHASED ? QUESTIONABLE PERFORMANCE OF IONIZER AND UV BULB.

CONSIDER IF YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS.

I chose the Saturn because the filters are washable. The manual advises doing this every 2 months. The price for replacement filters is very fair and required every 12 months or so. I have such piece of mind using this machine. It's quiet and has an attractive design. Very happy with the performance. Thank you for making such a high quality air purifier available on the UK market.

An excellent product ordered and delivered very quickly. Set up was easy. Setting up the Bluetooth connection via the App was a little more challenging, but still didn't take too long.

Bought this for my coffee shop for when I cant keep the door open to let fresh air circulate.Very easy to operate,like the colour coding showing air quality and you hardly hear it even on top speed.Delighted with product.The only thing I would suggest is for the extension lead to be longer but would definitely recommend especially during this COVID-19 pandemic!!!

Delivered on time. Some confusion from the manual as to how to set up the Wi-Fi connection and smartphone app. Chris at the company, was very helpful and my issue was sorted. Any feedback, I had was also gratefully received. The unit looks great, and the performance stats speak for themselves. So much so, that I have ordered a second one!

Excellent service in that it arrived a day earlier than anticipated! The Air Purifier has been easy to install and use - and although my office has always been well ventilated the air in my office feels fresher.

Arrived on time and unboxing was fine, liked the instruction manual as it was really detailed and it's so quiet when it's on we sometimes have forgotten to turn it off when we leave the house. Didn't put 5 stars as the app setup was a bit fiddly but we got there in the end and we are now using our Alexa to turn it on and off. Modern technology eh!

Best one I've had, glad I bought this one. We decided to buy one of these as we are a busy family and ready for winter. So far so good and like the flexible payment options

App was a bit fiddly but have to say the design and operation of this purifier is amazing compared to the one I bought a few years ago. On balance happy with the price 🙂

Owned 4 air purifiers and this one is the bets because it's modern and you can carry it easily wherever you want plus I love the speed settings. Is really quiet on sleep mode but you can leave it on speed 6 when you're out of the house and it's really powerful. You can tell they've thought about the design, was a bit fiddly setting up on WiFi and app which is why it's not 5 star but it's set up now. Great product. 🌟

We keep this downstairs so it can work on the whole house. Always put it on the highest setting whenever we go out and after I've cleaned the house. You can tell that the air is different when you come back home, no problems so far and been using it everyday for a few weeks. It's alot cheaper than our old purifier but we definitely prefer it.
